Why the hotel is called "Boutique"?

I thought it was quite noisy. The cleaner was out before 7am everyday and a mad rush for the breakfast at 7 created alot of noise in the landing (I was in room 221). I've not stopped in any hotel for a long time whereby it was as noisy as this. Also one of the receptionist's, a young lady with shortish hair was rather ignorant, unhelpful and needed to try harder, whereas the other 2 I saw where really nice. That is my only concerns really.

The rooms where cleaned and topped up everyday with more of the basics. Just needs more sugar, milk etc adding. It was cheap enough for the 4 nights I stayed. It was a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Magnolia shopping centre, which is ideal for that.

Maybe a bar area would be nice in the evening .somewhere communal to sit and be cosy The lighting in my room was strange .light over bed wasnt great and kept going off.

Lack of air condition, very hot during the summer and because it's location, its very loud outside so difficult to keep the windows open.

We stayed for 2 nights. The first room we had was very hot and we were unable to sleep as there is no air condition. We have asked for room change and were very happy with the second room we were offered.

The carpet in the bedroom didn't look very clean. It was stained in certain places and could use a renovation. We booked a bedroom for three people and the third bed was a fold-up bed which wasn't very comfortable and we were expecting better for the price.

The location is a bit far from the city centre but we were there for a concert so it suited us fine. The hotel itself seemed clean and the bathroom, linen and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Free coffee/tea was provided.

no a/c and fan in the room was quite loud. Only one trashbin, which was in the bathroom. no fridge. Breakfast had few glutenfree options and costs 10e which is pretty much for poland.

all in all ok, nothing special. good breakfast buffet with cold and warm option. good location to downtown and stadium. good pricing for what it offers. friendly staff.

The price is to high

We where going to Kings of Leon concert, so the location was perfect. The room was really big, so that was a good thing. In this hotel you can stay with a dog so kudos to them. Breakfast - proper Polish breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit blunt, especially cottage cheeses, but generally had variaty and all in all was about generally good quality.

Quiet neighborhood, clean room. Very large room and bathroom.

Cleaning staff (or something different) had been started working activities at 7 a.m., so I hear noise behind the door and cannot to sleep. This is not respectful towards guests.

The second time at this place, all is ok.

it needs deep clean and some refurbishing- in both rooms we took, the shower door was falling off the rails. there are gaps under the room doors and everything can be heard- not only people walking on the corridors at all hours, but also whatever people do in their rooms (could very clearly hear neighbours talking, showering, having sex). it felt a bit like camping :)

location was great for us, but it’s about 20 mins tram journey from the old town for those who are interested in that.

- my room in general was clean but in some areas it looks looks like it was not hoovered, or wiped

The windows of my room were coming out on the street and pavement so bit tricky to fully open curtains and not being seen from outside. Maybe some window protection preventing looking inside could be applied. Bad timing for me as they were working on it but no internet or TV

Location perfect to get everywhere, close to shops, town, etc. Double deluxe or whatever the room was called :) was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Even if you arrive bit earlier and room not ready for your check in you can leave your suitcase in their baggage hold locked room.
