The towel was quite small/ thin and I would have preferred to have a bigger duvet.

The room and public areas were extremely clean. The room size was decent, equipped with tv, kettle and fridge. Plenty space to store your stuff. The guest house and restaurant staff were very helpful.

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist who directed us to our room. The room was bright,warm and spotless with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The well stocked supermarket, which is part of the same building, provided us with whatever supplies we required including great beers and spirits. The fantastic ski storage and drying room is without fault and our equipment was also ready for the slopes each morning after the previous day's activities. Accurate directions from the receptionist led us to the bus stop for the ski bus. It is so nearby! Leave reception and when you reach the road, turn right and it is 80 metres or so to the stop, which is indicated by a small blue sign on the metal railing outside the adjoining hotel. This bus brings you to Terma Bania and the ski slopes, which is the first stop. Extremely convenient! The bus timetable is on the gable of the ski rental shop beside the bus stop. The restaurant which serves breakfast is fantastic. Once again, spotlessly clean and the staff are efficient, polite and friendly. There is a great selection of buffet fare which more than satisfied our appetites. We chose to eat here the majority of the evenings too as the varied menu also provided a fantastic meal and the drinks selection was great too. This coupled with excellent waiting staff made it a wonderful dining experience. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending others to stay here. As for ourselves, we are already looking forward to a return visit!

The only thing was the stairs, they don’t have elevator and we stay at the 4th floor.

the room was very cozy, and great location. you can take the bus to the ski lift 100m from the hotel or you can perfectly walk. In front of the hotel you have a great familiar restaurant! you have to taste it and at bottom you have a supermarket. this is very convenient!

The property is in a fantastic location with a shop right below, plenty of restaurants and of course Terma Bania which is what we came to Białka for during our stay.

The only things that weren't great were the pillows on our bed, very flat and uncomfortable. And the wifi was not very good either, the latter didn't matter to us too much but worth pointing out.

The room was a great size, with good bathroom facilities. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, especially with our lack of speaking Polish. The breakfast was excellent too, wide range of choices and very tasty.

it’s only a minor thing but while there was a kettle in the room it was very difficult to fill the kettle from the tap in the bathroom, plus there was no spoon to make tea or coffee

Shower gel and shampoo is not provided, only 1 piece of soap for all days. Towels were not changed for 4 nights, and room itself was not cleaned during my stay. No tea or coffee bags, only one 0.5l bottle of water.

Good mix of price+quality in a convenient location. You can buy breakfast, lunch+dinner in the next restaurant. They have fridge, hair dryer, TV and kettle. Nice views if you have room at the side of mountains. Also they have separate building for storing and drying ski equipment.

Other guests were quite noisy, especially kids. They didn’t respect quite hours rule and I had to intervene to get some sleep after 11 p.m.

Clean and cozy rooms, looks like it’s been renovated recently. Great location - restaurant and grocery store is just couple of meters from the property. Slopes are located 3 minutes drive from the property.
