Close to the city center. Clean, cosy and spatious room. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast rich and tasteful. Definitely would recommend.

The hotel was so warm and cosy when we arrived at 1am. Reception staff were friendly and professional. Room was great, clean and very spacious. The en-suite bathroom too was a good size and very clean. Breakfast, also was delicious with plenty of choice and variety. Highly recommend this hotel.

The atmosphere is very nice, the hotel is part of a music academy. Very safe place surrounded with gate. Forum shopping-mall and riverside in walking-distance. I stayed in room 139 facing the car-park, so it was very silent room.

Amazing location. Everything clean, rooms were comfortable. Double room was really big. Single was smaller, but still comfortable. Our room was facing street and a bit noisy, but earplugs solved that problem. First day breakfast was good, but the second - a bit on an average side, with an old cake and some items not being restocked. At least coffee wasn't as bad, as stated in previous reviews. In general this hotel was great.

The furnishings in the room are not entirely modern but fit the style of the hotel. The street noise from the adjacent main road was audible even with closed windows. It didn't bother me at all, but it may be bothersome for some.

Good location, the Long Market is reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. Sufficient free parking available, very good breakfast buffet with a large and varied selection, exceptionally friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Very good value for money.

Awesome location, right next to the center, but just outside enough that there's much less noise. Great secure parking for a motorcycle, with a security gate and cameras everywhere. Pleasant staff and nice facilities. Breakfast was great.

Not a major thing, but I am a light sleeper and the fridge in the room would start the noise every 15min or so...so I had to unplug it :)) But I still had to use earplugs because of the different birds that start singing early in the morning hahaha Also, I would preferred to have ceramic cups in the room instead of paper cups (as they release microplastic).

I enjoyed a city break there and I found that it was perfectly situated to public transport and the old town was just a few minutes away. The reception staff were kind and professional, I needed an extra duvet and I got it no problem. Bed was comfy, sheets smelled clean and fresh, room was clean, warm enough, bathroom was clean, hot shower worked perfectly well, good pressure. I liked the tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a bottle of still water in the room every day was much appreciated. Breakfast was very good and a bit of variety every day, nice omelette from the omelette station, fresh veggies (yaaaaayy!!), Polish food as well as some other stuff, I appreciated the hot food every morning. They even took care of my dietary requirements and brought me vegan yoghurt (I needed lactose free), which I appreciated. Filter coffee and a selection of teas made it a complete experience.

The road was pretty loud but after the 1st night we got used to it.

Perfect location - safe and close to the city centre. Breakfast was good, with various options (on our early check-out we also could get packed breakfast with us). Beds were comfy and the room had everything we needed.
