We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Kingdom1.I can’t say if I didn’t like anything. I would rather inform the chiller ( mini bar ) wouldn’t close in deluxe room. Needs someone to look into it. 2. Due to the conference it was almost impossible to find parking in the hotel for hotel guests. However people park on carbs for not having enough parking space. I would highly suggest to remove your flower pots from the carbs near stairs leading the footbridge. You’d better put long poles / something long visible which drivers or passengers could see while opening doors or moving car. Those flower pots are on blind spots and it damaged my car. Absolutely gutted ! 3. Restaurant menu is too short and overly priced - kids menu is boring. Decided to eat outside instead. It’s nice to see a small kids zone in the lobby but could be expanded a little bit more. In the evening kids could do much more there and parents could spend more time in the lobby - since I felt the whole place wasn’t being utilized properly.
It’s a nice property, liked the gym, swimming pool, sauna facility. The breakfast was fantastic. The price of cocktail list was pretty standard and I had three instead of one.

Fantastic in every respect, wonderful staff, incredible value for money, breakfast out of this world, high quality furnishing and impeccably clean. And that swimming pool on the 10th floor is 👌. So lovely also to find an actual garden of Easter eggs in a glass (complete with coloured bread for grass!!) waiting in our room on Easter day! Really classy touch!

United KingdomExcellent Hilton in Lodz - friendly staff, very comfortable room, excellent breakfast selection and very clean facilities...the Golden Bar was very enjoyable. My only 'slight' issue was that the shower head was stuck in the low position so could not be raised accomodate my height - but this could happen in any shower in any hotel, so not fair to put in the negative column. The bathroom was otherwise excellent. There is a nice park directly across the road (footbridge) for morning walks - with red squirrels to see and enjoy :-) I will definitely stay in this hotel when coming back to Lodz - A+++

Czech RepublicWe were amazed by the hotel “DoubleTree by Hilton Łódź”. The hotel was very modern, stylish and very comfortable. Also we were very satisfied with room equipment - nice bathroom, spacious room and luxurious-feeling hotel premises. There were also amazing breakfast - starting with a smiling miss who prepared selected coffee, a great selection of food for breakfast, a machine for preparation of fresh juice, vege burgers, etc. The staff were very kind, helpful and also smiling. After check out, you were able to pay parking directly on the parking gate when exiting the garage. Highly appreciate this experience and looking forward to another experience. I am highly recommending this hotel!
