How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

That the kids could not use the pool on weekdays is saf for family with kids. This i think you should change

Only a minor issue, room was on the second floor above the bar/breakfast area which resulted in a monotonous thud of music during Friday and Saturday evening.
Excellent breakfast, very comfortable beds, great bathroom. Big room (junior suite) Good location and easy to walk to all attractions. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Upon checking in the staff started off a bit brusque which did not set the best example however they soon came round. The tv wasn’t a smart tv so couldn’t watch Netflix. There was no coffee machine in the room but there was in everyone else’s.
The room was lovely and clean and very quiet. The location of the hotel was across from the shopping centre and a ten minute walk from the square. I did not have breakfast but ate in the hotel restaurant at lunch time and found the quality and taste to be excellent and so was the price. Rooms had air con and heating individually controlled.

Design is not that amazing to fall in love with the beauty of the interior, but it’s okay
Once again, best bed ever(incl other 5 star hotels)! Overall very good location, I’d say better than some other hotels in the area that I stayed in. The stuff is so fast with your requests that when I asked for the hairdryer by passing by the lady was faster in the room than I was!

Lack of towel hooks in the bathroom. It is hard to put the bathrobe, couple of towels and a swimwear after visiting a spa. Restaurant is a bit too expensive. A bit of noise from the outside, our room window was facing a busy street with a tram line, so it wasn’t really quiet at almost any point in time.
Excellent location, clean and spacious room. Very nice welcoming cookies 😅

Not ready for breakfast of four persons- just small tables. Till 1 a,m. disturbing weird noises like moving furniture on wooden floor somewhere above us - hard to imagine who is in hotel constantly moving stuff for 3-4 hours... that was quite disturbing. My fault I did not call clerk. There are upper floors not belonging to hotel, so probably it came from there.
Spacious room, new and clean. Rich breakfast, Comfy beds.

Fitness has to be paid on top of accommodation & wellness. Never saw gym being used heavily. Perhaps worth considering a change here. If you allow your customers to keep themselves healthy, they'll return for more years :-) :-)
Same as last time, me and my friends returned to this hotel as it is worth the money. Similar level as nearby Monopol hotel, but pricewise way more affordable. Spa is nice + i appreciate there is a lifeguard on duty at the pool. Breakfast is amazing (but that's a must with 5*). You are 3min by walk from Galeria Dominikanska (shopping mall) and 5-10min far from Rynek (a place to be in WRO). This hotel is really a good choice ;-)

Despise the cool looking corridors The walk from the elevator to the room was ridiculously long
The place was very nice. The corridors felt like walking on USS Enterprise-D. There were vegan options for breakfast including 2 plant based milk types.

I forgot some of my jewellery in the safesuit and they kept it for one more month safe there. Totally thankfull for the great trustful staff. Also the location and facility restaurants near to hotel are great.

Great central location, large clean rooms, well appointed restaurant with super friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded to an executive suite with complimentary breakfast for our stay which was lovely. If we come back to Wrocław we will definitely stay here again.

Staff was super friendly and very very helpful , lady who was checkin as in was exceptionally helpful she even call me later and helped resolve the issue amazing .
