Inconsistent communication from renter, the apparent lack of onsite parking, why no microwave and bed linen for a single bed not the double provided, why why why?

The apartment was so clean, great size with a lovely balcony and view. Bed was comfy, kitchenette with essentials and entry was simple and secure. Location was great, close enough to the centre but quiet enough to feel away from it.

The apartment is beautiful and in an ideal location maybe a contact number should be left incase you need it has I tried to contact for later checkout due to me having surgery but honestly il book again and highly recommend 😊

The TV didn't seem to work. It didn't bother us too much because I used my tablet to watch a wee episode; but it probably needs fixed.

Our third time staying here. Great value for money. 5 to 10 min walk to the main square, less than 15 to cathedral island. All amenities present. Spacious, clean and quiet. Wroclaw is probably our favorite city so we'll keep coming back and I can't see us choosing a different stay.

Noisy air-conditioning in living room. We had two apartments a bit far from each other.

Excellent location close to center or tram Big rooms. Garage for car underground. Good restaurant for breakfast. Quick response from room owner for some requests. Nice connection to zoo by tram nr 19. Quite neighbours. No smoke smell. Quick access to room or garage by access code.

Parking is very expensive under the building (but a lot of free-space) and there are no parking spaces on the island where is the apartment located. Best practice is to park at "plac Maxa Borna" on the street at a cheaper price. I couldn't find out where to throw out the trash.

Despite it was clean inside, the floor at balcony was dusty which moved the dust back to room with your feet. Responses from the property mgmt team could be quicker. Parking seems to be a bit pricey if book for a short stay.

Everything exceeded my expectations

Dream 4You Apartments is a must book when travelling to Wroclaw! The flat is situated next to a river with a lovely view from the balcony and it is just 10 minutes walking to the centre. Furnitures are brand new and cleaning are impeccable, my stay was extraordinary and I will not hesitate to book again next time I will be planning to go to Wroclaw ☺️

Small problem for me was ceiling light in living room hangs down to about 6 feet from floor just around area of sofa. Im 6ft 1 so constantly knocking my head if I forgot to duck when standing up lol

I think the bathroom had some issues with moisture. The shower is not very well cut off from the rest of the bathroom, so if you take a shower prepare for the floor to be soaked. As a result, the doorway had started sort of dissolving. Not at all a big issue when you are only staying for a couple of days, though.

Very, very convenient and easy to check in upon arrival, as the host had sent us a code for the outer door after which we simply collected the keys from a lock box. The parking garage was great with spacious parking spaces, and we were even assigned a specific number so we knew exactly where to park. The apartment is located very nicely, a short walking distance from the central square and with views of the river.

Chairs in the kitchen were very uncomfortable. From the design perspective nice, but from the practicality point of view - not so much.

Nice place near to the city center. Clean and spacious apartment. It was easy to find and park, take the key and get to the apartment.
