How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Perfect hotel. Few minutes from the center, clean and excellent breakfast. We travelled with 3-year old girl and they even prepared few toys and crayons in the room.

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like.
Everything was excellent from the start till the end. Extremely clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive, answered all our questions with a smile and helped us a lot during our stay. Thank you to all for everything. We hope to be back one day! :)

Perfect location (short walk to the city square), parking, bright, comfortable room, delicious breakfast with many fresh options, super friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money.

Motorbikers and supercar owners showed of their material with making a lot of noise in the streets. Not that the hotel can do much about this , but having a room near the street doesn't help. We couldn't sleep on Saterday night ! All other days were more or less ok, but the motorbikes did ruin our sleep a bit.
Near the (beautiful) city center, staff was nice and helpful, breakfast 10+ Sauna was very nice, Don't think that many guests know this is free of charge !

The underground parking is not so easy to drive in, even in a regular car. But there's a parking in the yard, so basically not really a problem.
The location is perfect for sightseeing. The hotel is cosy and comfortable. Breakfast - good. Rooms are quiet. There was a surprise for the kids in the room - a small playing tent and plenty of toys, books and coloring books. Kids were happy!

Nothing. The sauna and gym close at 10pm, which is quite reasonable, but if possible, it would be even better if they are open for longer.
The curtains are fully black out. The air conditioning is excellent. The water pressure is very good. Although I didn't use them, there is a sauna and a gym in the hotel. I asked for slippers, and the hotel staff provided them very quickly free of charge.

Traffic might be heavy around hotel, take earplugs not to be woken in the morning for those who are sensitive. We were tired, no problem.
It is close to the city center, out of the hjustle and bustle of people and music around Rynek. All necessary things easy to buy in close area. I can reccommend freeguide tour (you pay what you want- everybody does). It is worth - the guide tells you everything to make a picture of the history of Wroclaw. Easy to find on the Internet.

Only fault. Lift was out of action and we had to climb many stairs to reach second floor
Loved everything. Friendly staff, parking garage, clean and very spacious rooms, luxury bathroom, great breakfast. Great location, 5 minutes from the main square.

There is no sitting area or a bar at the hotel.

No storage in the bathroom. Some of the staff were obrupt
Location. Short walk to all Wrocław attractions Close to transport- tram and train at the door. Good room size. Parking, good breakfast

We found nothing to dislike.
Location is perfect for us. Close to the Stare Miasto. Our room looked onto courtyard/car park at the back of the building so we didn’t have traffic noise. Room facilities were good, a proper hairdryer, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, comfortable bed. Added bonus of on site parking, pay at the hotel, which is a commodity in Wroclaw. We didn’t have breakfast or use the gym or sauna. We will definitely stay again.
