Wine selection by glass is limited. By bottle there's a nice selection though, however I just wanted a few glasses of wine.

Spa was amazing and the restaurant and staff were great. Lots of parking space.

As it is a SPA hotel saunas are open 6pm to 10pm. For me to have sauna available also in the morning would have been much better. It's my wish not a complain. Sauna was opened as written in the schedule.

The hotel is in the city center. Directly in front of the hotel is a taxi spot and the main station of public transport. Breakfast was great, even 20 mins before end was a lot of food. SPA area is clean and everything works there, not overcrowded. Staff is very polite and helpful.

The rooms are a bit outdated The pool could be warmer and there could be more space to chill by the pool.

Clean, has everything you need, spa, restaurant, swimming pool and sauna. The food at the restaurant was very good and the spa treatments were really good for low price.

Bit of a shame that the rooms are carpeted which always makes the floor look dirtier than it probably is, especially since the hotel allows dogs (which we generally like).

Great location, spacious room with AC, friendly and helpful staff. Nice and plentiful breakfast options. Good WiFi. Convenient and easy parking right by the hotel.

Room carpets maybe revisited at some point because they look old and stained at some parts.

Opportunity areas are: - Oat would be an excellent idea to add as option for breakfast. - Another suggestion is to wait until the time the restaurant is closed for breakfast (it was 10:30 on those days) to start cleaning the restaurant, it was not goog be at 10:00 am having breakfast, with the staff also cleaning the tables and preparing them with glasses and everything for meal, even the table where you are eating on that moment. - One day they did not put dishes for the breakfast, nobody was in charge there, so we have to ask for them to the recepcionist, and the person that was there, helped us in a very bad way.

The staff who cleaned the rooms was very nice with us and helpfull. / The rooms were very warm. / Wifi was excellent. /The receptionist who was on friday april 14th, was super nice and helpfull person, she supported us a lot with everything, also she taught some words in polish. Thanks a lot.

not so much too improve... maybe: when breakfast starts at 6:30, but eggs really available at 6:45 + eggs too done. For dinner, hotel restaurant is nice, food is good and "very artistic", but e.g. using wilted herbs - personally, I prefere Wolowina restaurant not far from the hotel

Too soft bed. Double bed is narrow. Too dark in pool area - lightning is romantic, but insufficient.

Service: - distracted waiters (they forgot part of our order during dinner); - bad work organization or too few people serving breakfast (I waited over 30 minutes for my capuccino; cutlery, scrambled eggs and bread were still missing). Starters: - olives literally drowned in oil - let them breathe... ;-) - because your calamari is very tasty, I would give larger portions (like in the Portugal)... ;-) Hydraulics: - the drain (plug) in the bathtub must be repaired.

Great location: on the edge of the old town, right next to the Planty Park and "two steps" from the Main Square. Very nice, spacious and clean room (recently renovated with European Union funds). Interesting bathroom arrangement: glass partition from the bedroom, hydro massage bathtub, mirrors, backlight, rain shower. A big plus for the possibility of turning on the "fireplace" on the large TV. Tasty and quite varied breakfast. Dishes in the restaurant very tasty.

The pool area is very dark so difficult to eg. read a book on the sunbed. There are small reading lamps in the quite area but they are so weak that make not difference whether you use them or not. Hotel parking is extra paid - rooms are already pricey so it would be nice to have the parking free of charge for hotel guests.

Fantastic breakfast buffet, the best one i had in years with a lot of choice, everything fresh and tasty. Nice little swimming pool, sauna and turkish bath. Fantastic central yet quiet location with nice square views with a lot of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Spa was really nice. In the morning there were no people so we could enjoy without interaption. The room was clean and warm. The breakfast was delicious, even coffee was good. I highly recommended.
