A problem with a parking place. We couldn't book one we had to look for one in the vicinity which wasn't easy.

They need to inform you in advance that the parking is paid. The news channel in the restaurant should be in English.

This hotel deserves not 4 stars, it deserves 6 stars. Everything with the comfort was perfect. I am traveling a lot and I have visited a lot of 5 and 4 stars hotels and this is the first hotel where everywhere in the restaurant is not written that you don't have right to bring food and drinks out of the restaurant and blah blah. Here I was very impressed that it was written that there are sandwiches for to go in a doggy bag and you can choose between ham and cheese sandwiches. Furthermore, they encourage you to get a coffee too, when you go. There is very nice coffee inside the rooms. Every day they resupply drinking bottle water in your rooms. There are also teeth brushing kits. Very kind staff and the hotel is in the city center. Great view from the high floors rooms which are oriented to the river. Fast internet. There were cookies at the reception all the time. Unique hotel. Thank you very much.

Very good location, just a short walk from the Old Square, friendly and helpful staff. We booked a parking space and on departure day we were allowed to keep the car parked even two hours after check out time, which was very helpful.

We loved the bottled water in the room being replenished daily however, the amount of plastic bottles we went through as a family of 4 during our stay was horrific. We travel around the world extensively and see there are better options, e.g. replacing plastic with glass bottles. Gym very basic, only 3 machines available but enough if you just want to warm up and move your body :) Again, all very clean and well laid out.

Staff are amazing, polite and helpful. Special mention to Ms Kasia and Mr Kamil for their professionalism. Communication superb. Hotel is clean, modern and beautifully decorated. You cannot beat the location, it’s right by the river, short walk to the town square and public transport right outside the front door.

The gym was not a gym by any standard at all. No weights of any kind at all just a few pieces of cardio equipment. This is hardly uncommon in Poland though.

Excellent room, marvellous breakfast at least with Philip's visit as every other hotels where I visited in Poland. Friendly polite staff.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, found some hair in the shower, the plug needs soaking in bleach, the toilet had some marks, few cobwebs in the room. The pillows were way too soft, would be nice to have a pillow menu. The room wasn't soundproof - could hear door banging outside in the corridor. Breakfast is served in basement so no views.

Loved the view from my room which was on top floor. The room was nicely decorated. The bed was nice and firm which I like. Big toiletries dispensers in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was great- lots to choose from.

First time in all these years of traveling for business, and first time after many hotels I stayed at, issuing a company invoice took some time. Even though I provided all the necessary company details while booking the room, the hotel found it necessary to check all that data through the web, as if the guest is not trusted or underestimated? The receptionist was very professional and polite though, just the procedure was strange. If this kind of check up is necessary, the hotel should do it before the guest arrives to make it more efficient and less uncomfortable.

Perfect location in the center of Bydgoszcz, everything is in the walking distance. The rooms are modern, nice and clean. Very professional and polite staff. Breakfast was one of the best I had lately, very fresh with lots of choices. Reccomendation!

I didn't manage to use all the functions of the TV, which is very modern. Not my fault in my opinion, as in other hotels I managed to put on Netflix or something.

The hotel is very well kept and close to the historic part of Bydgoszcz. The hotel is very well located. The facilities are modern and everything is very clean. The bedding is very comfortable and the environment quiet. the team is very friendly
