I have booked the room for my friend and hoped to pay for it directly from the booking website, but have found later that it is not possible. My friend had luck of money, as I thought that the money would be taken from my account. This occurred a tiny misunderstanding, but the manager solved this issue very fast. It is a very good place for those who need cheap and comfortable place to stay.

I'd appreciate the bed being made with fresh linen as its a little hard to sort this out on your own when you're in top beds. Please provide stickers or masking tape to mark food items in the fridge. As in all hostels, have your earplugs with you.

The building and the 4 bed female dorm appeared fairly newly renowated. Nice bathroom in the room. Curtains for privacy on all beds so no ceiling light nusance if you're on top bed. You have a bed light, socket and a little shelf. There is an extra toilet on ground floor next to the lift. Large shop-style fridge and 2x 2 pot induction hobs, 1 kettle; plenty of mugs and plates; some pots and cuttlery; patio with roof over it. I stayed in first half of April during a hot weather spell.

There are no lockers in rooms.

Hostel is in a good location - close to the old town and about 30min walk from the bus station. Hostel was clean, beds comfortable and also had a curtain for privacy. Next to the bed there was a light and electrical socket + 2 usb sockets. Our room had a private bathroom + shower, it was clean. Check-in process was fast, reception is open 24/7 and it's possible to store luggage (it is under supervision, so felt safe leaving my bags there). Kitchen was clean, had everything you could need.

Too many builders/workers as guests . They drink in rooms and talk aloud, with thin walls you can hear every word. My bed wasn't ready: no linens at all. The room wasn't cleaned for 3 days. The bin in the bathroom was overflowing . After notification at the reception, the service was provided promptly. The towels have medium size , too small after the shower.

Clean, bathroom in room, comfy mattress, kind and helpful staff, free tea and coffee, clean kitchen with all utensils, terrace with smoking area. Close to old town. A few mini markets and cheap buffets around. Easy access from the airport , bus 106, and to Main station/ same bus/ Cheap towel rent : 5zl./1£. Good room size.

Big furnished kitchen. Clean common space. Outside common space for smokers. Superusefull shop close to the hostel. 1 min by walk. City center is 15min by walk. I will come back ther for my next journey in Wroclaw.

No coffee maker.

The location was close to the old town area, only a quick walk to the square or train station. The kitchen was great, no coffee maker or filters available though. The rooms were some of the newest and cleanest hostel rooms I've experienced. Only 4 beds in my all female room and they were very clean and in good repair. I liked that they were boxes with lot's of privacy. They had lights and plugs per bed. There were lockers per person and a lock was provided. The bathroom was also nice and seemed newer. I would happily stay here again.

Nice, cozy beds, clean, hygienic, nice kitchen, really friendly staff, I liked my stay. As I am traveling alone, I was so tired and after 2 night here, I feel completely relaxed. Slept like 11 hours a night.

This is a modern and stylish hostel. Would have been a perfect stay but for aggressive administrator. Apparently no visitors are allowed to the hostel, even if family members, even if it's day time hours and even if it's only in common areas. (And even if they are children) This is very very strange. I understand for security reasons that there should be restrictions on guests especially at night and in private rooms but I've stayed in over a thousand hostels and never had a problem until this time. It really spoiled an otherwise great experience. Hostels are also meant for socialising I believe not only places to sleep. And such policies just create a bad atmosphere.

On the website it's not clear enough that you've got to pay 20zl extra after 24h00 to check in. I got a message from staff after I've booked it and couldn't cancel it anymore.

I only stayed for a night but I can confidently say that it was a good experience. There rooms are nice and clean with fresh bedsheets and lockable cabinets to store luggage. The staff was 5 star, I met 3 different people and all of them were amicable

the shower hose was broken, and it appeared that someone tried to hide the fact by sticking it incorrectly into the shower head. It's possible that the management didn't know of this, as they told me they had checked. however, after this review, if the next person in this room with bunk beds for 4 people and a private bathroom finds the shower hasn't been fixed, we'll know that the management is not doing their job right. for now i'll take it as a minor thing and i still had an overall great stay, second time in this hostel.

it was family-friendly as always. comfortable. the view out of the window was beautiful. there's bottled water and free tea in the kitchen.

We slept on the fourth floor, and with the window slightly opened, for fresh air at night, there was some noise from the street. Tolerable though. The baby slept through it with no issues. The staff likely forgot to sweep or mop under one of the bunk beds, we found a pack of paper tissues under the bed. It was new and good though, so maybe we'll just interpret it as a gift 😉 It wasn't straightforward to find a parking place directly next to the facility, so we parked across the street, and it was okay, somehow.. In the morning, we had lots of space directly in front of the building, so it was easy to load and unload again. As expected of a hostel, there were no towels awaiting us in the bathroom, and we had to make the beds ourselves. Then again, making the beds ourselves is the best form of evidence that they are freshly made and everything sheet and blanket is clean aftet having been properly washed, ironed and folded.

Building, lift, bathroom, bunk beds, cleanliness, staff, kitchen, we were very happy with everything There are USB sockets and little trays in each sleeping bay on the bunk beds Every bunk bed has its own separate curtain, which is great for privacy, and fun for the kids. Shops and restaurants are nearby.
