Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

old style fashioned building with an accurate attitude to details. I would take photo of and would sit and stay on every single square meter to enjoy the design, atmosphere and the moment! breakfast was excellent and we could have coffee, tea & cakes unlimited in a super cozy kitchen lounge with big windows downstairs! and the territory around was spectacular and made us wanna come back on summer for barbecuing and walks!) .. and the artificial fireplaces in the room 🥰

Poland- During the whole day, there is music playing in the common area outside and inside, which is supposed to be “background music”. It is a matter of opinion if you need this in the country side all day long. Unfortunately the quality of the speakers is poor, so even if you would enjoy it, it can be disturbing. - The breakfast, comparing to the dinner looks slightly pricey. Also, it is not negative but worth to remember, there is no place to prepare food, so if you don’t order dinner (which is in the evening), or arrive early in the morning, better take with you something ready to eat. - Renting a bike is slightly pricey. - The landscaped pond if full of water weeds, so you can only watch it.
+ Overall atmosphere of the place - architecture, cosiness, each guest could find a place where he/she could sit and enjoy the calm time. + Great service, each person from the personnel was friendly, helpful, informative and doing everything to make you feel taken care off. + The surrounding area is great for walks or bike rides. + The dinner/supper was awesome (starter, soup, main course, dessert), breakfast was very tasty, too. + Tea, coffee, cake always available. + On the other side of the street there are two ponds (one landscaped and one wild), you may watch herons on the wild one. + Next to the ponds there is a place/net to play badminton. + Great place for relax. However if it happens that there are guests who enjoy laud conversations, it may impact your book reading on a sunbed or hammock.
