The room we've got was quite small and the lighting was poor. The floor was not very clean. Some equipment has seen better times. The mattresses had quite a curve. The WiFi was terribly slow.

The accommodation has a very interesting garden with beautiful decorations. The location is a near a main highway to Warsaw so the accessibility is great and you can be in the center of the city within 30m. The equipment of the hotel and rooms is quite good. The room is well equipped including hairdryer and kettle. Very good for a short stay near Warsaw.

Stayed here for the second time - great place for those travelling by car. The room has everything you need, kettle, mugs etc. You can have a coffee in the gazebo overlooking a small lake.

Host was not happy because we arrived 01:40h, but in “booking” they writing that check-in is available from 15h and there is no time limits till what time you have to check-in. When we arrived he asked us to pay in cash, but we didn’t have any cash in PLN or €. So we have to stand in the middle night like idiots while he thinks to give us to pay with card or no.

Great experience with the hotel. Friendly host who let us in late in the night, clean room, water, tea and coffee provided, nice area, fair price. Not much more to tell, we just needed a place to spend a night during a car trip. Didn't plan it in advance, booked it at the day of arrival and it was a good choice.

Maybe, but this is not like a minus, just across the highway there is a place to eat, McDonald's. We were hungry, the bar was already closed around 10 p.m. Next time, we'll take something to eat with us.

Nice place, very quiet, Spacious room, free drinks, near Warsaw, we arrived late and booked the room 10 minutes before. Welcomed and showed where to put the motorcycle, closed courtyard, no need to worry about the motorcycle, there is a place to walk, next to a pond and benches. The room is newly renovated, nice beds, towels, shower did not disappoint. For sure, if we are next to each other, we will stay again.

Great tiny hotel in the village near Warsaw. Very comfortable and cosy. There was teapot, caps, tea and coffee in the every room, little fridge. Shared kitchen.

A snappy and kind host. We arrived late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel environment, the lighting of the pond set a very romantic mood. We found coffee, tea and mineral water in the room which was a lovely surprise.

Outside propety wasn´t cleaned up. In the territory was party and noise was a loud, and we can´t sleep. When we booked the room, price was one, but when we arriwed price was higher.

The owner spoke only Polish so it might be a problem for someone who cannot speak Polish. The amount i had to pay was higher than the one was confirmed while booking the place.

The place os next to the high way and has great yard where kids can play safe.

The owner is the rudest person I ever seen! He said that he hates Ukrainian people. He told that My husband (Who is Romanian, should be on the war) My 4 months daughter was nothing for him, as he screamed near her, while she was sleeping. So, the problem was that we used not that grill which he wanted to allow us (he didn’t tell anything in advance)
