Everything was perfect

Really nice room, with a spacious balcony. I loved the pier with sun beds! Delicious dinners and the fact that you can book a pool for yourself was a great touch!

Incredible. Photos don't do this place justice. It was beautiful and serene and such a perfect relaxing week. Weather wasn't brilliant but that didn't affect how perfect our time here was. The staff were so helpful attending to my awkward dietary requirements, food was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing.

Amazing location, beautiful deck We loved using the kayak and paddle boards. Also great that you can book to use the pool and sauna privately during the day. Breakfast was great too.

This location is really top. A very nice hotel directly located by the lake with direct access to it. Helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast was great as well.

maybe only one girl who was not speaking english and was not looking friendly, but it was not a big deal for us. even though it’s a nice place still it’s a bit pricey. location os good but not a lot of shops and things to do around except water activities in the hotel.

amazing location - perfect view from the room, a bit isolated from other hotels and main city of Mazury, therefore perfectly quiet place. the idea with pool (that you can book 1hr daily for free only for you) is amazing! never seen this in any other hotel. friendly staff (except one girl who didn’t smile even once and didn’t speak english).

There is no air conditioning and during summer days over 30 degrees the rooms are hot. It was hard to find a free parking spot because many people arrive just to relax there by the lake - parking is not only for hotel guests.

Everyone was speaking English. Breakfast is from 8 am, but after I noticed I will need to leave early (before breakfast) administration prepared me sandwiches in advance. A great place to stay. Nothing more to say.

Whilst the location is perfectly on the lake front, there are no pathways for short or long walks. But the hotel is stunning

The restaurant (or at least the kitchen) open for dinner only up to 7-30pm which was strange for a sunny evening of late May. Furthermore the reception girl put it wrongly " 30 past eight" instead of "30 to/before eight" so I missed the option to have dinner and had to drive to Olstyn. I have not yet chance to try spa and lake facilities.

The location is both beautiful with the views to the lake but also easy to reach from the main road. The room was large and comfortable enough. The bar - restaurant looked nice.

The location is perfect and with a beautiful view. It is a perfect place to stay for a couple and/or friends. It's quiet, clean and the food in the hotel restaurant is good. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs to relax.

The only drawback was the open balcony which felt a little exposed, and it feels like nitpicking to even mention it.

It’s delightful. Wonderfully reclusive setting on the lake shore with great artwork throughout the property, a great kitchen and outdoor area and very cosy bedroom. I also loved the size of the hotel; intimate but fully staffed. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were a great, especially as we had them to ourselves.

We loved the peace, privacy, food and possibility to book pool and sauna just for ourselves. Perfect place to recharge batteries and enjoy the nature. Location allowed us to do the biking tour and have a wonderful time by the lake. On top, the staff is incredibly nice and did their best to make our staying very pleasant. I also highly recommend massage session - simply great! Thank you for having us there! Mother&daughter 💛
