I didn’t like that the room was carpeted and that the floor got so dirty because of the carpet. I didn’t like that the curtain fell off. I didn’t like the breakfast it was too fatty and it would’ve been nice if they had things like yogurt and cereal’s and lean options.

The bed was comfortable and I liked having the balcony for my dogs. It had a lovely view. I love the sauna, and the whirlpool. And the staff was very friendly. The coffee was good.

The spa area can use more care, as well as the pool table and accessories. The areas don't have regular care and there is a sense that the jacusi and showers aren't always cleaned.

Great, central location. When we had problems with our room due to smell, the manager did his best to fix the problem. Breakfast is quite varied and can cater to different tastes and diets. Room is clean.

we stayed there for 5 days and everyday was the same breakfast with a lot of different meat. For vegetarians quite limited choice. Room was not cleaned even once, nobody eve offered so we were unsure where to ask. Curtains in the room were very very dirty. Please wash them.

The room was ugly and dirty, bed too soft, there was a strange smell everywhere. No cleaning service although they apparently brought new toilet paper but forgot to do anything else. Worst part was the SPA, jacuzzi didn't work first day, second worked but there were too many people and my skin turned red after getting of it. One sauna of two working and the pool too small and dirty. Avoid

Breakfast was typical Polish with lot of sausages, hams, but I would welcome something else the second day.

The walls in the bedroom were dilapidated and the carpet stained and dirty. We asked the cleaner to hoover the room, as it was late. Neither in the room nor in the reception was the safe for valuables. In the swimming pool vicinity were not towels and the shower was not working to wash/rinse off the body. I believe the management is not quality assuring the hotel.

I chose the location closer to the centre of Karpacz. The bathroom was comfortable. We looked forward to have a breakfast with good food selection. Car park was large enough and convenient. The reception was helpful with local information. Karpacz has a lot to offer to families, older and younger visitors. Good memory of the region.

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced! Paid extra for a luxury room received absolutely smelly disgusted room on the 4th floor! Bathroom smelt like sewage! Room was very claustrophobic and cold! No lift in the building, had to carry my 20kg luggage on the 4th floor. Staff was very arrogant. Reception lady told me off when I have asked for a new towel. Breakfast was very poor too! One coffee machine for a large amount of guest. Breakfast waitress was complaining out loud that the guests were eating too much scrambled eggs! Cobwebs on the curtains in the eating area. Water in the pool was very dirty, my skin was itching. I am NOT recommending this place! Money I have spent in there I would easily get better rooms somewhere else! Also I have added a negative review on google reviews but looks like has been deleted by the hotel. The most ridiculous thing was that my sister got charged 30zl for making 2 bred rolls and taking away with her. Fyi breakfast was included in our room price,.

It is very difficult to find someone at the reception. Breakfast does not support many people, both in terms of space and terms of available food. On the other hand, the pool was not heated adequately, especially for children.

The good point is the location of the hotel.
