Owner was readily available to assist us. We encountered an electricity shortage at 1am and called the owner for help. Over the call, she helped us solve the issue

Water pump(?) in room was very noisy any time you used toilet/shower/basin.

Clean and useful shared amenities for cooking. Communication for check-in/check-out were very clear. Room was as described.

I came to Wroclaw for one night, in the morning I had a transfer at the airport. The apartments are located in a very convenient location - 500 meters from the main station and 450 meters from the airport bus stop, 600 meters from the city center and a large shopping center. It’s very convenient to get into the apartment - booking sends you a code for the door and then following the instructions you get to your room. The only negative is that a Polish number for contact is indicated, I called it first, but the woman rudely answered me that she did not understand English and if I booked through booking, then I should resolve all issues through the booking manager. But then I received a message from booking with all the codes and I easily got into the room. There is a well-equipped kitchen there, I had dinner and breakfast myself and cooked in the kitchen, very convenient. Hot water, quiet street, clean room. Thank you, I recommend it, if I’m ever in Wroclaw again, I’ll definitely stay here.

The room heater was set too high, so that it was almost 25 degrees Celcius in the room. There was no chance to regulate it and the personal was not reacting on my message.

Accommodation was ideal and couldn't fault it. The only problem which was not a fault of the host was the dimly lit stairs leading to the grey rooms.

The pictures of the rooms are exactly what you get and are not just to promote the rooms. Our room was clean, comfortable and well cared for with nice touches added to it.

The fact that there is no option of leaving the suitcases before 16:00 (time of check in) or after 10:00 (tiñe of check out).. At the end you pay for stay 16 hours in total. (not even a day) and the fact that you can't leave at least the luggage for me is a cons.

The place was clean and it was 10 min from the train center and other 10 min from the center. Nice idea to have a kitchen in common which was equipped with the essential you will need for a short-medium stay. Coffee and tea provided. The room is also spacious.
