The location was a long walk to old town (30-45 min). The hotel is centrally located to everything else though like food halls, parks, the main Train Station et al. I quickly figured out (Google directions on google map) how to use the Tram system which is several blocks from the hotel. With Trams, Warsaw was a breeze. Although many people find Warsaw very walkable, the Tram system runs everywhere for those who don't. Of course taxis are easily available as well.

Some staffs behavior were not professional for a five star hotel e.g., - chatting in front of the entrance door inside, blocking the access for the guests., no greeting, - a young cleaning lady rushing into the lift before I got off, without saying anything even after bumping - a male receptionist didn’t take my request to book the Signature restaurant No tea/coffee service available during the day at the salon

the location was quite central but quite area the apartment room was spacious and well decorated breakfast was good

You will arrange the breakfast menu, in which it is written that eggs benedict with a brioche bun, not with a baguette. If it's an English breakfast, learn how to serve it. I'm not talking about the restaurant in the evening, it's worthless, the bar can't even make a cocktail according to the recipe, they put a grapefruit strip instead of passion fruit. This is a mockery of the client. The entire staff of the restaurant needs to be completely changed, because they seem to be overworked. All other staff are very nice and helpful

We will definitely come back. We spent a weekend in hotel, which is located in old town, not far from Kopernikus museum. Hotel room was very roomy, comfortable and clean. Restaurant Signature inside the hotel is worth of every good word, spoken by Michelin representatives. Perfect meals on breakfast and dinner, perfect staff. Best memories.

Amazing and stylish boutique hotel in the very nice neighborhood of Warsaw. on a separate note, customer service is fantastic, Magdalena helped us with everything we asked for and was always available if we had any questions. We felt there like home and will definitely stay there again if we we will be in Warsaw.

Great hotel, stayed here before. This time they had Wi-Fi problems which made it difficult to get work done.

Wi-Fi signal strength was very poor and there were some cracks in the ceiling and heating panels which you don't really expect to see in the room of this price. They promise you bathtub during the booking, but I've got just a shower and that was a disappointment.

Hotel's location is really nice - just in the city center, but on some quite street with lots of nice places to eat and have a drink. The building itself is really beautiful, I just loved the lobby designed more like orangery with lots of light and space. Rooms are of a good size and bed is so convenient!
