We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amazing breakfast (salty and sweet snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables) + delicious handmade waffles. Good Wi-FI connection. Friendly staff. It was very good weekend in Swinoujscie with small walk to Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin - thank you!

PolandThe location is a little bit far from the sea but in general, the neighborhood is very quiet, calm, and peaceful. So it is recommended for families especially if they have a car or bike to get to close places.
The breakfast is one of the best! there are many options and all have very good taste and high quality. So about breakfast, it is impossible to get tired of the food. The rooms are spacious with many spaces for resting, sleeping, and relaxing. The beds are very comfy but if you are a fan of hard mattresses and pillows maybe the first night would be hard to fall asleep :) cleanness is very good and if you are concerned about it, I recommend this place. In summary a very good place for a business trip.

PolandWe've been to your hotel several times already and there was almost ALWAYS a problem with heating in the room. This time it was the same again, our heating didn't work for a bit more than one day. So this is why our rate for comfort is low. Our bathroom was cold :-(

United KingdomReceptionists control A/C and intentionally putting room temp to 22/23 deg. As a result you can’t lower temp in your room. For us it was insane. Housekeeping staff told me that receptionists were doing this and I was shocked. I had to go and personally ask receptionist to change it and she did it but with very unfriendly attitude. Typical Polish attitude, you feel like they can do something for you but they will make you feel like it was inconvenient for them. (And I’m Polish so I feel like I can put that comment) Hopefully they will be trained better in future. A lot of German ppl who doesn’t care about covid restrictions and staff was not trying to remind them to put masks on. Breakfast was so so, We stayed in hotel 2 y ago and Breakfast was much better. After first day of our stay this time we decided to eat breakfast outside of hotel.
Housekeepers doing amazing job with cleaning and actually they are very helpful and friendly. Comfy beds, We had room with balcony- amazing!,

Very good breakfast with a beautiful buffet, even with the possibility to cook a gaufre by oneself! Very good location, close to the town center and close to the station "Swinoujscie Centrum" when you arrive from Germany.

United Kingdom1. Woman demands my ID card. I politely explained in the UK we don't have them, but I wished we did. She grunted. 2 she demanded my Passport. I showed her my digital passport. 3. She declined it and I explained I would have to empty my bag for the paper one. She told me to do it on the counter. 4. She DEMANDED payment before I saw the double room I had booked,, insisting it was exactly the same as the photo on my booking. It was not. 5. I was given a shoe box room and it was impossible with no room to even get around the bed. There was no Armchair as in the photo or even the space for one and although a large footstool, this totally blocked the entrance to the shower room and in hindsight should have put it in the corridor as had to keep moving it. It was clearly NOT the room in the picture. She aggressively said I had to contact Booking.com. She did not understand that it is her hotel that advertises the rooms and submits the photos to Booking.com. Not the reverse! PLEASE AVOID.Don't have your day ruined, like mine. 6. I said I was leaving but she said she would take the money anyway and she insisted that the Hilton did not have ANY room as in the Hilton reservation! [and is shown on this review by Booking.com] 7. The temperature in the room was over 40 and being tiny was impossible to stay in. The customer can not adjust the air temperature & he said she would. But nothing changed and she finally said "housekeeping would show me another room". I waited and waited but nobody came and I was never given the room I booked and is illustrated. 8. Clearly, she is in the wrong job, but why should I pay her wages to insult me? 9. I was so lucky the following night as in previous hotels I was treated normally and welcomed!.
The attitude of the woman in Reception and the room she gave me totally ruined my day, I arrived excited as I have stayed in Hiltons many times, but she is totally in the wrong job..
