How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not that I didn't like something, but I'd love to see fresh orange juice for breakfast some day:)
Great location near the railway from Wroclaw to Brest and near the Airport. Convenient underground parking. Spacious room. Tasty breakfast.

I found the accommodations to be quite pleasant overall. The hotel offers a range of facilities that cater to every need. Whether I wanted to enjoy a workout in the well-equipped fitness center, or simply relax in the serene ambiance of the hotel lounge, there was always something to do.

They add a cot for pur newborn for free and also let pur dog join the room. Family trip was great

1. New rules to access hotel Wi-Fi. It takes forever. Looks like nobody tested usability. They ask you a bunch of questions, but, when you choose country, everything disappears and you start to reply once more; 2. Looks like they source 3rd party to prepare breakfast. It lasts from 7 till 10. Sharp at 10:00 they close everything. Also, the quality of the breakfast is not stable (warm dishes). However, not a big deal - love this hotel anyway.
Everything: location, parking, vibe of the hotel. The best place to stay for short visit or transition via Poland.

The location is 5 minutes by taxi to the airport - exactly what we needed. The room is clean and spacious, and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast selection is excellent - everything is so fresh and delicious. We especially loved the possibility of cooking waffles by ourselves. I highly recommend this hotel!

Was perfect for my needs. Also location near airport was good.
Reception area has a room for working so we could have small meetings. Very kind personnel, good big rooms and clean everywhere. Nice breakfast.

They close their restaurant quite fast. So, if you arrive late you will have to look for the dinner outside.
Overall the hotel is super comfortable - the room, the lobby, the parking. Amazing for this price.

Not too far from the airport, has friendly staff, great rooms, a new building, affordable parking, and sufficient breakfast. For a night stay, it was just perfect!

Suprisingly, there was no hot water to wash hands and brush teeth. However, in the shower there was hot water. And also, water system (pipes) was functioning really noisily. The room was pretty cold, only AC was available to heat the room but it made the air so dry that I had a sore throat(
Hampton Hilton network in Poland is one of the best comparing to other European contries, you expect high quality and you get it - soft bed linen, comfy beds, crystal clean room, great variety of products for breakfast.

The room lacked a fridge. Breakfast pastries were dry.
Clean and spacious room, welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable beds, functional and nice bathroom. I had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

The staff is not the friendliest. They do their job but that's it. The air conditioner is quite loud.
Amazing breakfast buffet, big rooms and they are doing a lot of things to preserve the energy/planet!

Only thing I noticed that there was someones rubber band for the hair on the floor next to the window. Was a bit strange it was not noticed as it was quite out there. Seeing someone elses property felt a bit strange but it didnt ruin the full feeling on the hotel. I did include the baby crib in the booking.com since there was an option for it. But the baby crib wasnt in the room. Felt like they didnt know about it. Thankfully I asked before entering and staff brought it fast.

There was a conference or another event on premises during the day, and tables in the corridor weren't cleaned up afterward. They were messy when we arrived at 3 p.m. and still the next morning.
The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast, which was pretty average for a hotel breakfast.
