We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandFantastic staff at the hotel. Delicious breakfast in the morning with great hours to attend and even option for grab n go if your flight is super early. Very comfortable beds. Room was spot clean and bathroom was shining-I really appreciate that. Short walk from the airport if you chose to with small luggage. If you have large and multiple luggage there is an option to take a shuttle back and forth from airport. Very good experience!

Abkhazia, GeorgiaThat you can only get coffee from machine between morning hours, with price of hotel this should be offered throughout the day and evening. Unless you order from kitchen which is then taking away from people ordering food.
The staff are so lovely, honestly so nice and welcoming. They are all so lovely. Breakfast was OK. Paid for tea on Saturday and it was delishous and the service was amazing.

I have decided to actually come back to this hotel before I fly out of krakow Back to New York. The staff were just phenomenal, one in particular was able to make recommendations on the menu of things that were just absolutely delicious. I requested to speak to the Cook to let them know how delicious everything was, but he was busy preparing other delicious dishes for other customers. I have been to many hotels and you just Just felt like family, and everybody was so courteous and polite and professional. I am looking forward to coming back and interacting with this phenomenal staff and enjoying delicious dinners before I head back to New York. They were absolutely out of this world. Don
