To be improved: - quality of coffee for breakfast - Internet reliability and coverage. The Internet was completely down for 2 days and later it was super slow and only available in the main building (didn't work at all in our room). Super annoying in such a remote place that doesn't have the best cellular network coverage (2 bars of 5G at most) - attitude of the front-desk staff. When I was reporting the Internet issues I didn't feel taken seriously and didn't get any useful information about an estimated timeline of the fix or even if someone is working on it - variety and quality of the dishes for lunch/dinner in the restaurant

Loved: + the selection and quality of food for breakfast. Especially the cheeses, organic eggs, home-made bread, etc. Easily one of the best breakfast buffets I've tasted + the facilities in the SPA section: 3 types of saunas, decent size of the pool, etc. + beautiful surroundings: lake, forrest + the alpacas and the ability to feed them + heated floor in the bathroom + windows that open

Needs a little more atmosphere around the bar area. They have amazing bar snacks and cocktails but just a little too quiet.

They have everything. Beautiful grounds, lake, little beach, spa, pool, sauna, mini gym, kids area, restaurant with amazing food. The buffet breakfast is like nothing I have ever seen! Everything is beautifully prepared and made to such a high level.

You get all you need and more! Very comfortable rooms, delicious food and fantastic SPA (infinity pool with a lake view, many saunas and jacuzzi) with great treatments! There are quite and beautiful surroundings, where you only hear birds singing. We are definitely interested in coming back!

The spa is only open from 16:00, and the parking is an additional charge.

The breakfast was great and offered a large variety. The restaurant serves high-quality dishes for the rest of the day/evening. The gardens around and the lake are beautiful.

It’s an amazing location, perfect for a getaway. Perfect place to relax, the area is near silent - except for the sound of birds in the distance. Perfect for a mental reset. The staff are an asset to the venue - they go above and beyond. Very pleasant, polite and professional. They were a pleasure. The food is absolutely amazing. This includes the dishes, desserts but also the additional details like tea herbs and fruit to put in the tea. Complements to the chef and the restaurant management.

The menu of the restaurant is a 7 out of 10: some things were good, other things were very expensive and a little bit too much "fancy"-wannabe - maybe it's better to keep things simpler, and bet on the quality of the ingredients. The air conditioning/heater in the bedroom was a bit of a mistery - not really clear how to raise the temperature, a bit too noisy (but we are a bit crazy about noises, so we might be oversensitive here). The temperature of the water in the swimming pool was a bit too cold, 1 or 2 degrees more would have helped.

The breakfast was very good, full of local tasty products. I wished I could have a properly brewed coffee or capuccino, but there were only automatic machines available. The room was quite big and comfortable. Very nice surroundings. Very pleasant and helpful room service. SPA area was very good and professional.
