The beds in my room were very soft but quite lumpy. I could feel the springs. I thonk the beds were old. I specifically asked for a quiet room and had confirmation of this. However the insulation between rooms was not great and weekend visitors were a bit noisy. On my last night I had to ask for another room to sleep in because of a very noisy party next door. I was given another room but the whole episode was quite stressful. Also the holder for the shower in my room was broken so the shower was not clipped up. Also the drain was pathetic and I was quickly standing in a couple of inches of water. I reported this but things did not improve much.

Location was fine for my friends to reach by car. Hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good although some things were gone if you wete late.

Staff were not welcoming, some of them actually quite unpleasant. hotel could really be improving With training staff on basic welcoming manners ans ways they were speaking to guests. I have asked for named receipt and they were quite unpleasant to deal With Although things i was asking them for were within their duties. Bar was not open at all despite advert on website , the Answer we have Heard was „ it wont be open „ With very rude voice.

no soundproofing at all. the hotel is huge and if your neighbors are noisy (loud talks, laughing, drinking) - you will not be able to relax. the food is good, but every day the same and not big choice. i was there for 2 weeks and it was every day the same

Found a cigarette filter on the floor of my room and residues in the toilet bowl. One bed mattress was completely sinked in. Party at the hotel until morning very close to my room. Luckily they changed my room in the middle of the night. Broken shower holder and bedside lamp in the new room, as well as very high pillows and no hand towels. No soundproofing at all! Could hear neighbors even when they were yawning!

Tired furniture in the room, a broken trash can, there was mold in the shower, it was stuffy to breathe, a noisy party, loud music at 5 in the morning woke us up.

Bed was to small ... thanks god I'm smaller guy. Shower head making noise and half way broken. No cup, no coffee, no tea, no sugar but is kettle in the room. Noice from outside is loud even late.

The hotel is in a very good location. The metro and other stops are nearby, making it easy to reach the sights. The hotel is clean, nice staff. The breakfast is excellent. Everyone will find a dish to their liking. Next time I go to Warsaw, I will choose this hotel again.

hotel was founded around 100 years ago :) even no chance to take extra pillow as mine was dirty like just turned back from the hell 😀😀 no condorioner, restaurant was close from 21:00. tv is tooo long from the bed, you need extra chair to sit and have a look on tv (if you d like to see smth). no fridge even in a room 😀😀 i guess Stalin or Lenin would be satisfied about accomodation in this hotel, but not me :)
