The room feels a bit old and tiny but still clean overall.

The breakfast can absolutely be marked outstanding among the hotels ever lived. Location is easy to reach and also close to the old town.

-Do to pricing we did not have breakfast at the hotel. -Tried to get some champagne/cava/prosecco delivered to our friends room as surprise at the morning, but the staff/kitchen/bar could not help. But they sold wine and small bottle of bubbly in the reception at night... -A little hard beads and flat pillows, but that is our personnel opinion.

The location is great for train travellers as it's only a short walk from Wroclaw Glowny. It's easy to walk to the Old Town for sightseeing as well. I requested a quiet room and got one at the back of the hotel. It was very quiet and I slept well, plus the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast buffet has excellent variety. I ate dinner one night at the hotel restaurant and quality and service was very good. The fitness centre is small, but offers basic cardio and weights equipment, plus towels and water.

The only slight negative I could say is we both had flat pillows that made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise more than happy with everything else.

Location was excellent. Everywhere very clean. Staff very friendly, especially if you requested any clean towels or more coffee etc. Never tried breakfast as like eating out but all looked very good.

The room is very hot. You have to have the AC ON for whole night if you want to sleep good. The shower had black mold on the corners, but otherwise was clean bathroom

One of the best breakfast selections so far in a 4* hotel. Kind and helpful staff. Very good location close to the main square and shopping malls. Behind the hotel there is a small street, which offers many restaurants and bars!

We should have get the second duvet without asking. It is just too small for the bed, you need to have two. The breakfast area was smaller than the number of rooms, it was too busy.

Generally everything was good. I liked the location, view and size of the bed. Room was big and comfortable. I liked the fresh juices everyday different flavor. The cosmetics in the bathroom are good quality.

Unfortunately, the front desk team was sometimes as unhelpful as polite and pleasant - when twice we needed real actions from them they were pretty useless. In addition, there were some lack of soap, tea and a sugar at the room. It was added for us when we asked - but it is just a little bit annoyed - why you don't check these things before guests check in.

The breakfast was amazing with multiple choices for any type of diets. The location is great. The polite and pleasant staff at front desk 24/7 always there for you

The soundproofing was very bad in my room, I could hear every word of the neighbors at two o'clock in the morning.
