The only thing that could have been better for me was shower - it was difficult to fond the right temperature, water was either really hot or cold, with no in between 🙃

It was an exeptional experience - staying in the castle! Room had an interesting interior, was not big, but cimfortable and clean. Every staff member was really nice and welcoming. Pool area was really nice too, had a small pool for kids. We liked the breakfast, there was plenty to choose from, the restaurant itself had really interesting interior too. We planned to stay for one night, but booked an extra night after spending there one evening. Really recommend this place if you are looking for something interesting.

The location of the hotel is great, the hotel facilities are also at an excellent level, including the pool, sauna, massages, etc. Rich and good breakfast, excellent cuisine, wine and coffee. Beautiful landscape all around the city, lakes are not far from the hotel. Around the city there are plenty of opportunities for bike trips or boat trips. Last but not least, also very kind and helpful staff. Thank you very much.

The spa area is completely morally outdated. Corridors are very wrong, there is a lack of information about where to go and where you will come:)

Dishes from special chef's meniu were not impossible to eat: chicken had very specific taste, and fish was without any drop of salt or perrer at all

room service is a awkward interaction because the property only has one cart. Sometimes the front desk doesn’t answer the phone when you call from the room.

There's bowling in the hotel which is really great, but that's probably the hotel's weakest point, as the tracks are not exactly even and the skittles were not well aligned, so it's kind of pure luck whether you manage to get a strike or not. Nonetheless we had fun

The staff has been super kind, they all spoke English so we had no issues communicating, they've been very accomodating and have exceeded our expectations regarding making the stay the best possible. Also the breakfast in this hotel is just majestic, it's incredibly delicious and full of EVERYTHING you could possibly wish for. And the swimming pool, just amazing

I liked the hotel but not the room i was staying in. It was close to the doors which lead to restaurant so I could hear people walking through it. Somewhat my preference about twin beds in room was ignored and I got double bed instead. It was not a big deal, but still shows attitude of stuff. There are some limits imposed by non standard planning of the facility - for example sauna was very small, just tiny.

Interesting hotel built on a former castle place. Inside areas are very non usual which is good. Breakfast was great. Hotel surroundings are also neat to see. Nice SPA and swimming pool zone. Good parking. Kids club is a big plus. There is a pool table beside the kids club - very convenient for parents.

We could easily hear what people in other room were talking because the wall seemed to be very thin.

Breakfast were really great and delicious. Girl at reception was nice and friendly. All interior and style of hotel reminds the castle.
