The pillow was too small, so it wasn't easy to fall asleep.

The area was relatively quiet, good sound proofing of walls, large variety of food for breakfast, TV was working, bathroom was quite large, the shower was good size.

Some furniture are quite old and required replacement. Sink drain was very poor. 2 small separate blankets for 1 big bed. No fridge in the room.

Good breakfast, Very good location, easy to get there by car, you could park for an extra charge in the basement of the hotel, a large shopping center with Carrefour 300-400 m away. The Old Town is 5-10 minutes away.

All was fine.

A nice basic hotel, good option when you visit the city and will not spend much time in your room. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was very good with variety of options available. The hotel building is located 3min walking distance from the metro station, which was very convenient. I got to the hotel by tram (just 3 stops from Warszawa Wschodnia train station).

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. it’s located in a very calm part of Warsaw. The design inside was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. Definitely a good choice for the value, if you are looking for a calm and comfortable hotel where you can feel like you're at home. plus the room was super quiet, which allowed us to enjoy full rest.

The receptionist seemed a little cold. However, I can understand that we checked in quite late and probably she was tired as well.

The location is good. The room was big and furnished very well. The floor was completely covered by carpet and the bathroom was clean and shiny.

One half of the bed wasn't as comfortable (too soft) but beds were generally fine.

Spacious, clean room. Room serviced daily and water/coffee/tea replenished. Excellent location near tram and metro stops, shops etc. Hotel has an amazing atmosphere. Would stay again for sure!

Bath cosmetics could be better, better fragrance would be appreciated, it was like colorful water with bad smell.

Perfect place for visit of Warsaw, close to the Old Town, public transport (tube, trams, buses) in the near, Zabka shop behind the corner. Very tasteful breakfast, ideal ratio quality/money. Good restaurant in the hotel opposite. Amazing Lebanese restaurant Le Cedre, 450 m by walk.

there was an unpleasant smell in a bathroom, coming from bathroom water installation, still turning on the bathroom ventilator helps a lot.

An Art Deco building in one of most authentic Warsaw districts, close to old town. Quite area around, the hotel itself is a good example of "old style is good style". Nothing is really new inside, but everything is well maintained. Large room. Street parking just near the hotel is free from Friday 8 PM till Monday 8 AM, all the rest time - around 14 euro/day. Hotel itself has paid parking at very similar price. Clean, daily room service, free water tea/coffee in a room. For visiting Old Town, one just need to cross the bridge over Vistula, around 15-20 minutes by walk. Alternatively there is a metro station in 5 min walk. The price for what you get is almost unbeatable.

The towels in the rooms could be better as it looks like they have been in use for a year. They are very thin and with stains.

Classical European hotel, 15 min walk (2 stops by tram) from Warsawa East train station, at a sidestreet, so not too noisy. Luxury of the beginning of 20th century. Cozy room, nice breakfast. Ideal for a short stop on your way

I stayed at this hotel for the second time and knew what to expect - great cleanliness, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations. I was pleasantly surprised by its location, which is not exactly in the old city but still conveniently located with easy access to public transportation such as trams and metro.
