Rooms the size of a postage stamp! Any smaller and they wouldn't be able to fit a bed in there. :) Hot tub was lukewarm. perhaps an option to select a higher temperature. "water whips" in the pool and just annoying and don't need to be there. While some might find it relaxing to be under it, they're on a short timer and are really noisy in a closed environment.

The breakfast was fantastic. Self-serve buffet with all the trimmings. The Pools was really large and the kids loved it! Walked from the train station with all our luggage. About 10 minutes... so not far at all. Very convenient.

Swimming pool a bit to the small side, so can be cramped when is crowded. All inclusive dinner tasty but not much to choose from(2-3 dishes), drinks not included in price and just a jele for desert. Hotel a bit away from the town center (15m walking distance).

Clean room, good personnel, nice internal pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities. Great breakfast with good variety. Hotel is located within walking distance to Szklarska Poreba Gorna.

There was no decent coffee only instant available. Upon ordering coffee from the waitress for additional fee the coffees arrived cold and were made on mineral water which made them taste like a fizzy drink.

I liked the breakfast included option. It was a nice addition and good food, kind of eat all you can with multiple options.

Everything was awesome: breakfast, staff, swimming pool and jacuzzi. I would highly recommend to stop here for a couple of nights. An extra thanks for Roman from reception, which could help us with all kind of question

No AC and the rooms on the 5th floor were warmer than the corridor or lower floors. It was a problem only during the last night though. The dressing cabins near the swimming pool were used as storage space. Although it is stated that the restaurant is open till 21:00 and the orders might be made till 20:30, it was closed by 20:10 already

Nice breakfast (even waffle maker with dough ready so you can make your instant waffles). The swimming pool is quite big. The hotel is close to the train station.

The pillows are very soft and not to our liking but this was the same everywhere we stayed. Parking on the road was prohibited so had to pay to park at the hotel in a separate car park opposite but the hotel was great value so can't complain. We had some noisy neighbours who were disruptive during the night but that wasn't the hotels fault and the hotel staff were very apologetic.

Nice hotel with a nice indoor pool, hot tub and sauna included. Great restaurant and good value evening meal and great breakfast (waffle maker with cream and maple syrup included - low calorie of course). Nice location on the edge of a very nice ski/hiking resort in the mountains.

Some of the staff isnt very professional and tends to blame the guests for their own mistakes. Theyre polite and try to help anyway. The pool was closed and no one told us. Theres just a round button for news like this at their website. Best check before. You wont find if you dont know

The breakfast is amazing (and regional). Due to the few people during our stay we got served at the table. The beds are super comfy. The waiters at the restaurant are super pleasant.

Everything was great. Hotel looks pretty new, only suggestion I have is to change carpet as this one wasn't matching the hotel interior and design (a bit outdated carpet design) :) I would certainly come back again!

Lovely boutique hotel out of the busy touristic center of Szklarska Poreba. This is a dog friendly hotel, which is much appreciated! I really enjoyed lovely breakfast and relaxing in the swimming pool (with pretty warm water) and wellness area. Room was spacious and same our balcony with a lovely view on mountains.

Hot tub did not work properly at all times but the staff reacted really quick and fixed it each time.

Absolutely everything! The room was extremely clean and comfortable( best hotel bed I have ever slept on :D). Our booking included breakfast which was so tasty, with a huge variety of food to choose from, a lot of local products which was great. We also had dinner there a few times and it was very nice too. The staff was amazing, very polite and helpful at all times. We also paid for massages. The price was reasonable and the staff did a fantastic job! The location was great, not too far from the town centre and train station but in a very peaceful area. Other facilities we liked was a little garden area outside where you can relax on sunbeds with a drink and an indoor play area for children( we did not travel with kids but if you are looking for a kid friendly place, well Hotel Sasanka is 100% THE PLACE). Honestly if it wasn’t for a beautiful town of Szklarska Poręba and hiking trips in the mountains, we would have not left the hotel at all and I believe we’d still have had an amazing time! Best hotel I have even been to!
