I told them about the invoice. But they forgot provide us with invoice. Also, my bad as I didn't check if there was a hairdryer in the room. Unfortunatelly, there wasn't a haitdryer. The coffee isn't free and there weren't bottles of water. But that isn't minus. Just it was my first time to stay in 1 star hotel. I thought all Ibises have the same. So, it was my mistake not the hotel. If you need to stay for one night that's a great place.

Hotel is in good location. There is a good grren area there. About 25 minites to the Old Warsaw. Lots of restaurants on the way to the Old Town and amazing library. You need keep in mind that it's a star hotel so do not expect smth extraodinary. The staff is very friendly. However, they messed our breakfast boxes and prepared two with hams. We checked only at the airport. The paper on them said that one was with cheese but both were with ham and my colleague couldn't eat it.

Hotel does provide EV charging. Sadly this was a bit chaotic, only 3rd staff member was able to help. You need to firstly get a card from another Ibis hotel reception (50m away), there reception desk personnel did not now where the cards are, after some time when the card was provided, they weren't able to give more information how to activate it and etc (You need to pay for that card to a 3rd party company, all of the information is just in Polish language). Luckily third staff member was able to provide some more information. EV charger does not have AC TYPE 2 plug, you would need to use our own cable connected to the socket. (During the night it didn't make sense using CCS plug with a higher charge rate).

Good location and breakfast. Good value for money especially for a short overnight stay.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be. The lights from the Ibis across the parking lot made sleeping difficult. Too bright. The shades did not work well.

If you stay on the side facing the main road/motorway expect to hear the noise throughout the night, if they give you the option to stay on either side pick the side facing the other ibis hotel

Make sure you are good friends!! The twin room beds are together and the shower is a cupboard within the room!!

There is no hair drier. The hotel staff failed to book me a taxi in time promised, so make sure you are ready to wait or have a back up plan 😉

This hotel is perfect for what i need, i come often but this time i had the weird feeling that my sheet were not cleaned correctly and kinda smells like another person has slept in my bed.

this hotel is well placed for someone that comes for the first time in Warsaw. Close stadium to enjoy the crowd for legia game and national team, 30 min by foot on a straight line for bars in center and bars close to the river. commodities very close, Carrefour express and Biedronka. big + : the staff is young, very nice and speaks english

Hotel is not very central, long walk to the city centre. The hotel was basic, I was not prepared for the cell like rooms . Rooms like Lego bricks slotting together. Stark. It's a budget hotel, didn't realise beforehand.

I didn't like that there were no smoking rooms inside (for smokers) & the location because it was a bit far from the center.

I liked the room it was comfy & clean. However it is value for money and I'll definitely will visit again warsaw and Ibis (but please make a room for smokers) 😂

The shower is not in a properly bathroom, you went out straight into the room.

Near the river, the place is cool but little bit far away the historic center of Warsaw. The room is comfortable, and very clean.

I didnt expect the bathroom and shower to be split in 2 rooms inside the bedroom :D that was a bit surprising, but otherwise everything else was quite nice given the price paid, which also included the breakfast so that was good value for money :)

The room was cozy and nice, the staff always greeted with big smiles. The breakfast was also lovely! I liked how helpful the staff was overall with any questions and they all spoke English and were polite. Perfect for a one-person stay!
