Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandAfter we made the reservation, we got a message from the hotel about a party being held at the hotel that night (it was Saturday). We were travelling with a 1-year old and asked to swap our room for something as far from the party as possible. The staff very quickly responded about transferring our room to the second floor. Unfortunately, it was still pretty loud in there, the thumping bass just got into your head and it wasn't easy to fall asleep.
The hotel room was clean and spacious, with a pleasant bathroom. We had a fantastic breakfast, too (with the exception of the stale bread). The staff was very accommodating - they assisted us with finding a parking spot and changing our room. The free jacuzzi and sauna is a nice bonus.

Romania- Until 2 a.m. there was an event happening in the hotel’s restaurant and the music was slightly heard in the rooms
+ Good location for transit through Lublin + Quiet surroundings + Free water and tea/cofee in the rooms + Exceptional breakfast with excellent coffee and even to-go sandwiches were offered + Underground parking (it was free for the night we were there) + Clean rooms, comfortable beds + Polite and helpful staff

Highly recommended The staff were very friendly, we got 4-5 hours early check in with no extra charge. The hotel is really quiet, spacious and clean rooms, the surrounded area is green and beautiful. The ac functioned amazing, its hard to find such ac even in best hotels in europe. After all, the stay was very relaxing and calm. Definitely going there again !

The hotel is very modern (not counting the lifts) It is very clean and has an amazing design for quite a medium sized hotel. The rooms are very comfy and clean and have all the amenities that you need. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was yummy. Great hotel, great price and I really recommend if your staying in Lublin
