This was my second time in Hotel Indigo Warsaw The location is amazing with direct connection with bus 175 to the airport All main attractions are with walking distance Rooms are nice big and specious thanks for great stay

The only thing I didn’t like is that it was to noisy. I can hear the people in the beside room, the hall and the street.

Ease of checking in and out. Since we were only staying in Warsaw one night, it was necessary for us to leave our luggage on Sunday morning with Anna (blonde). She was so very pleasant and happy to help us.

The room was very bare -- I am all for modern / minimalist design but the room really lacks some art / furniture -- there was too little in it so it felt a bit lacking in warmth. I think they should get some big wall art to fill the walls.

Hotel is in a very nice building with a very impressive entrance and reception space (where the bar is). Feels very grand and modern when you come into the hotel. The room was very nice and clean, and the hotel is in a good location.

It was facing into the courtyard with no ability to open windows and air con was not very effective so the room was stuffy.

The hotel was an excellent stay. I really like the rooms they were the cleanest rooms i have ever stayed in my life. the staff was very helpful and very kind and also very polite and very knowledgeable. the hotel is in the center of warsaw, and it's easy to move around the city from it. also, the hotel has a sauna, which i didn't use, but it was very interesting that it was for free. The breakfast is not free but it was tasty and well thought of and finally I just want to mention again that the rooms were very good value for money and unbelievably clean. congratulations on this factor.

The staff at this hotel were not friendly at all. This was my fourth time in Warsaw and I loved Puro hotel, Nobu and Verte. I wanted to try Indigo, but unfortunately I won’t be staying here, because it is so unpleasant to walk into the hotel after an exhausting journey and be greeted by not friendly staff members. Also I specifically made a note that I want my type of room with a bathtub, the hotel staff didn’t care at all, that I not only messaged them but also called long time ago to secure that I am given a room the same one I booked. Also I burned myself really bad at the steam room, because you cannot see where the vent is and I stepped right into the burning steam. The sauna itself wasn’t in very good condition. No soap in the shower.
