The personnel is very responsible and friendly and assists with any inquiry. The breakfasts are always tasty and fresh, as well as other food. There's gaming area for kids inside and on the balcony. I would truly recommend this hotel!

One female staff member at the hotel restaurant was incredibly rude and she knows that she upset me despite the language barrier. All other staff members in all areas where very kind and professional.

Nice hotel with wonderful reception staff in a quiet town with good public transport to Rzeszow. Good breakfast.

Some traffic noise due to being situated on the road, but not something that affected the sleep. The bathroom size is quite small and the shower pressure is inadequate.

Big spacious rooms with nice bed and furniture. The Wi-Fi was fast and trouble free. The staff is really cooperative. The restaurant and their food is definitely not to be missed! Ample parking right in front of the hotel.

I really didn't like the plastic mattress topper, we are not toddlers. It's loud when you move and makes you sweat. It's also not clean, neither were the brown bed spreads. Those in our room had very big marks under. Showers really need updating and shower heads and sink taps cleaning from scale. You can also see black scale/dirty in the loo when walking into the bathroom meaning that loos also need a deep clean.

The staff is super friendly and helpful however none of the suggestions given even over the year ago have not been taken to the account like the very uncomfortable mattress in the top floor apartment has still not been replaced a year and a half later from reporting it, stopping is from booking that room. We also reported an internet point on the 1st floor not working and we have not seen anyone trying to fix it. I wish that constructive suggestions would be taken seriously. We were very impressed with the lady working at the bar most breakfast times we were there. I didn't get her name but she was there during our stay Monday and Tuesday. She didn't stop working. The other days when there were other staff members and we came for breakfast after 9, all tables were dirty and 2 ladies were busy charting. They didn't clean any tables either for us or during all the time we were there.

Never had so many disappoitments in one hotel for one night of staying. 1. The description of the hotel promised sauna. Actually, that's why, having a choice, I opted for this hotel. The first thing I learned upon arrival is that sauna is unavailable simply because it does not work, 2. Air conditioning was partially broken: I could only turn it on/off and select temperature, but could not select mode and fan speed. The receptionist confirmed that this is the way it is, the hotel management knows that. 3. The receptionist was kind but was regularly absent for a long time (at least once she was absent for more than an hour). 4. The towels looked like rags (see photo). 5. The blankets were so thin that I was lucky having two beds for me alone: I needed the second blanket even having set air conditioning at 24°C. 6. The curtains were so thin that I woke up not when I planned but when the morning sun decided that I have slept enough. 7. The walls between rooms were not soundproofed, so that until 23 I heard somebody's talking in one of the neighboring rooms. I was lucky that none of my neighbors watched TV. Enough reasons to avoid this hotel if possible. However, I did not try other hotels in the neighborhood, so that I cannot say if there is a better choice nearby.

The room we stayed in - deluxe double room -, had a bathroom layout that made it impossible not to have to wipe entire floor after taking a shower. The shower pressure was a joke, which also effected how long you had to wait for water to get to comfortable temperature. The bed, was the worst I have ever slept in, mattress was incredibly soft and extremely loud when making any moves, to the point where we were waking up our baby that was in the cot next to the bed while tossing and turning trying to sleep on this dreadful thing. On top of that pillows were equally soft and huge which made them beyond uncomfortable and hard to shape for comfort. Final grievance was with the AC which we could not really use due to exhaust location which was basically on top of the bed and it was blowing way to strong even on lowest setting to leave it on for a night especially with small child in the room. Having paid excess of 300zl per night I find this experience a total rip off especially that we have been staying in this hotel many times before (never in this type of the room) and never had anything bad to say about it.

Nice Hotel over all, convenient location, nice staff although often not easy to find, once found very helpful. Good food.
