Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. United KingdomIt's looking a bit 'tired', very much the feel of the Communist era, and could do with a lick of paint in places.
Hotel is located in a leafy square. It's pretty basic but perfectly ok. Clean with comfy beds and a good shower. Breakfast was good. There is parking there but on-street parking is free between 16:00 and 08:00.

The hotel is situated just in front of the main railway station. You can reach it be walking even with the big suitcase on wheels as i did. I was happy to find 2 bottles of water, it does not often happen. The hotel is dogs friendly, I like it in general. Only in my case the next door dog was not human friendly and barked half evening but it is not about the hotel. I stayed only one night and left for the airport early morning. It could be better idea to ask for the taxi just in the hotel but i preferred Uber and had to wait about half an hour when the app was looking for the driver and the driver was looking for the way to the hotel. I can recommend the hotel.

Small room as expected but clean and functional. We were there on weekend so parking in the street was free. Not too far from the main street in city centre.

Small quiet room. A little bit old fashion furniture. But everything worked. Everything was comfortable. Very nice green location, near railway and bus station. Cosy little town. Yes, there was elevator to every flour. Excellent breakfast with great choice of charcuterie, cheeses and salads.

IndiaI forgot to activate international usage of my card. Card did not work. I had to pay 357 zloty. I paid 300 zloty. I requested to arrange 57 zloty next day. My sim was not working to activate international usage of card, to receive OTP. I was so tired. in the night so much pressure was applied on me and I had to go to post office for exchange and I paid the rest. I could have been handled better by the staff

LithuaniaBooked a stay with breakfast although breakfast wasn't available, just a lunchbox, so we declined it and needed to waste time in the morning to search for breakfast in the city. At least here is mcdonalds nearby. Hotel is in city center so there is no public parking available, only private parking which at least isn't expensive.
Just a basic, not expensive hotel for a short stay. Not a stylish romantic place where I'd wish to spend my holidays. Clean and quiet.
