We booked a room for two adults and an infant. The room we got was right above horse stables, so there was some noise from the animals all night long (no smell tho). Also there were no window blinds, so the room itself was not the best when traveling with a small child.

We had a spontaneous stay for one night and it was an experience. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed nice long walks in the area.

It is situated a bit far from medium cities therefor expect a rocky road to it.

Room were comfortable, amenities are great, you can visit horses and get instructors to teach you, you just need to give them a heads up some days before your stay. Sauna is clean nice, breakfast was magnificent. Additional commend goes to restaurant because the best chicken I ate in years.

When crossing Poland, we usually stay somewhere close to the highway. This time decided to check Hotel Jakubus. It has good 30min drive away from the highway and after a day of driving it seems as not needed. However, once there, we entered into a fabulous palace with extremely good service. We arrived at 1am and though there were no 24hour checkin, we were greeted with a gift. BTW - take the gift - you'll enjoy it :) Rooms are spacious and nice, furnished with taste. Surroundings are relaxing and breakfast amazing with huge selection. Happy that we got a chance to stay here. Thank you!

The price does not mean quality here - at all. The rooms are basic, it was like living in a hostel. One small window, no fridge, beds quite uncomfortable. No decor at all. Stable staff should relax. We were taken aback by their weird behaviour. We didn’t feel welcome at all. All the “water facilities” (kayaks, etc) were shot down (we were visiting mid-May).

The receptionist and the cleaning staff were really great, nice and professional. Breakfast was great.

Awful service, especially in the hotel’s restaurant. we waited 30 minutes for our drinks and another 15 minutes to place a food order. The food was not good. The only pisitive was a young girl with curly hair who tried to provide service.

The breakfast officially starts from 7:00, but not all foods was served at that time (with ~20 min. delay hot food was served). Via e-mail before arrival was announced special gift, but staff was no informed about it.

Surrounding is very nice with special attention to gardening.

receptionist gave us a room different from the one booked (we had free upgrade thanks to booking com :) ) it had to be a quadruple room with sight on garden 28 sqm and double bed,reception closes at 9pm (a bit early) we arrived 8.30 so we had to to contact her again via mobile,a bit bored but she was able to partially fix the mistake (we received a (at least) bigger room but with roof window) breakfast is a pre-prepared dish with cold cut cheese and salad,asking you can have some more and something warm too ( abundant scrambled eggs with chicken sausage),a bit weirdly for a polish breakfast it was no butter on desk and I had to ask for it,coffee from nespresso machine enough good staff (but girl at morning breakfast) not so kind and acting on bored side

location is nice but in middle of nowhere,old building perfectly refurbished,breakfast good but with some shades,room (different from one booked) was a family room big and beautiful and bathroom as well (but with a bit disturbing sewer smell)
