Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NorwayIt’s pretty basic, hostel level of comfort, hard mattresses, only one towel provided per person. Though for a hostel, this is well within the range of expectations.
Location fairly central, possibility of guarded parking spot behind the building. Room spacious enough, and provided with good air conditioning.

SwedenLack of cleaning. I definitely think it's fine that they don't clean every day, considering how cheap it was. And they cleaned our room upon request. However, I would have appreciated if they raised the question or gave us something we could hang on our door to request cleaning or something.
The location was great, and the room had Air Conditioning, which was amazing for the warm days. I appreciated the hospitality, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful to answer our questions. The room also had a small TV which was nice for slower days during the visit. Considering we paid so little, it was great.

SwedenThe only thing that's awkward is the look of the building and the elevator. This is not fancy in any way, but the stay was great anyway.
At först sight you wonder if you've come to the right place. It's really good once you get to the actual living a qarters, the staff is great and the room is awesome. It's smack in the city centre. I'm used to 4 star hotels, and this is not, but great value for your money.
