That we were given room on 4th floor and lady didn’t even ask us if it’s ok - as there was no lift … that we came to know later on.

There are quite a few stairs upto the room, so not suitable for disabled. No lift.

Located 2 mins walk from the main street. Supermarket below. Family-friendly and an amazing price. I would 100% recommend and will return.

No place were to dry dishes, pillows were big but not very comfortable. Only way to get to higher floors is by stars. Every morning woke up by sounds outside the door, either it was other guests or cleaning took place right outside Our door.

Room it self is very spacious, clean, beautiful. Big balkony, nice view. Super close to Krupowki. Free parking. Very nice lady Who welcomes the guests.

There's a kettle and cups so a few teabags or coffee sachets would be nice.

Lovely room, the bath was a bonus after a long hike. My room was at the back so reasonably quiet. Nice to have a Biedronka almost next door!

No air conditioning and because of traffic we needed to keep windows shut, it gets a bit warm in the morning then. But not a deal breaker.

The kitchen was a bit old and not really fully equipped. Also the light was really dark in the kitchen. Even the bathtub was nice the pressure in the shower wasn’t that great. Bit noise all day due to the restaurants in the main st.

Good balcony with nice views of an interior patio. Comfy bed, nice bathtub and good decorated!

Pictures of the property does not match real situation. Room that we’ve got was with very old furniture, and had that cheap hostel vibe altough photos of the property on the website is very beautifull.

The public parking areas in front and on the side of the hotel can be quite busy and chaotic during the day. Be cautious when with children / pets. The toilet was leaking on the bathroom floor. The room's fueniture and equupment were quite outdated The parking staff was quite impolite but this impression might be due to language barrier. We were not able to check out earlier than 8:00 in the morning.

Great location, just behind the walking street and next to the park. Biedronka supermarket downstairs. The private parking is in the backyard. Spacious room with big windows and a balcony, looking towards the park and the hill. The receptionist was welcoming and nice.

first thing during check in we were told off for how we opened the door, we did open them like any other door I tried to explain but receptionist really wanted us to know that we did bad, the rudest receptionist I’ve ever met, room was dirty, I found lots of hair on my pillow which makes me wonder if bedding was changed between guests, toilet didn’t flush until we fixed it , bed mattress was horribly uncomfortable, it was the cheapest around but not worth the price .

We booked this accomodation during a trip through Poland. Zakopane is a nice place to go and see the Tatra mountains. When we searched for a location on Booking.com we found Jawor. We booked 2 rooms. The location looked nice on booking.com, and indeed the location was (the only) pro for booking Jawor as accomodation. All the other things were in our eyes really bad. Some things that were bad: - the condition of the room was very poor - there were no (decent) curtains - we could feel the springs of the mattras - the bathroom was very outdated, dirty and moldy - in the room with the bath we could not stand to shower in the bath, because of the wall/ceiling - there is no soap in the room - there is no coffee or tea although there is a waterboiler - the apartment is really noisy - the host does not speak any good english - nobody was present during check out - the (bathroom)doors can not be closed - there were dirty stains in the blanket and towels - there was not much toiletpaper - the apartments are not english oriëntated at all - there is no explanation what so ever about the apartments or the place of Zakopane - There is no lift. The highest room was after 7 stairs. We liked Zakopane and the location of the apartments, but we regret staying in this apartments. All of us have a sore back and a sore neck. We would definitely NOT recommand this place! Look for something better!

The photos show better facilities than in reality. The room was very small. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and making loud noises. There was a balcony but shared with neighbours.

The view from the balcony was very nice and the location is great.
