Tram depot directly opposite apartment.

Clean, sanitary and had great facilities. Modern design. Good appliances, TV and utensils. Tram stop almost right at door - major train station just two tram stops away - Warszawa Wschodnia (Warsaw East). Zabka convenience store 10 metres away.

Very small, loud tram depot just opposite the apartment. However, from the other side is quiet.

This location is right outside a trolley stop if you want to take it but it is also a short walk to the east station which is also a plus. The place is perfect for the price and close to lots of POI locations. If you are looking for something easy to talk to, quick to check in/out, and good on price. Definitely go with this

Nice appartment, easy to get in with door codes and lock box. Good location - it was possible to park our car near the building and tram stop is 15m from doors. Great that we had kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator, so it was possible to prepare meals. Great that we had also washing machine.

Clean and tidy apartment. Good location, not far from the centre and shops. Staff is very nice and polite. Enough space for four people. I can recommend to stay there as long as you need.

Bedding was not so clean. There were someone's hair :( Also there is a downside of living so close to the tram: it can be loud.

Apartments were spacious and in a good condition. There is ready to use coffee machine with tasty coffee. City tram is as close to your doors as it can be.

The bathroom had a strong odor and the water in the shower didn't drain properly.

There is no cons of these apartments

The apartments are cozy, placed in a convenient location close to the East railway station. Especially we admired the personnel who assisted us with all doubts we had during the whole period of staying. The accommodation had all the necessary facilities, which functioned well. The price couldn’t be better for such suit. On the whole, we appreciate JM Millenium for the high level service, spacious, affordable and convenient accommodation, and easily accessible location. 🫶🫶🫶

the only thing that bothered a bit was the couch, no bed but a couch which was fine for 2 People but not the comfiest. Also i guess they had some renovations going on, so that was very loud at 8 a.m. but that is annoying but has to be done

The electrical wiring showed issues from time to time, the location facing the tram depo is noisy (the whole flat is shaking when the tram passes by).

The condition of the flat was great; everything was clean and modern; the bed was comfortable, and there was no noise from the neighbors. There is a good grocery store right next door (this was amazing).

The shower cabine in my apartment was quite small, for me it was OK, but for someone it can be a problem to take a shower, notice this. WiFi: generally it was OK, but in my apartment not all gadgets connected, some of them connected only near the door.

Location is good, close to the Warszawa Wschodnia station only 10 minutes walk, also there is a train stop in front of the apartment from where you can easily get to the station (5 minutes) or Stare Miasto (15 minutes). In apartment you get everything what you need for stay: comfortable sofa, shower and small kitchen with coffee machine.

The apartment is very modern, well decorated and has everything you need. It's very warm and cosy. When we arrived the apartment was already heated, the temperature was always nice considering that outside the temperature was below 0º... eletric in at the door that takes you to the city center in less than 20min. East station (Wshodnia is 900m away and there you can also take a train to wherever you want including Modlin airport or Chopin airport) The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook your own meals and it has a coffee machine...WITH COFFEE!!! :) It has a washing+drying machine. When we arrived we realized that towels were missing (the cleaning team forgot), and in less than 1 hour someone was ringing at the door with fresh clean towels. I honestly recommend this apartment to everyone!!

A microwave would really go a long way in making the place perfect 👌🏾

The apartments are beautiful, new and well stocked with almost everything you need. Very close to everything that you might need in terms of restaurants, shopping centres, etc. There is a convinient store just downstairs, or rather outside. Next to tram station 🚉. Thank you for moving me when I asked because of the busy construction next to my 1st room. Self Check in and out was very smooth.

There could’ve been more blankets and a batroom mat.

The flat is within good location, equipped with everything that you need for a short stay, even a coffee machine with coffee, tea bags, dishwasher tablets and one tide pod for doing laundry as well as basic toiletries. It was a very beautifully decorated flat, which had a comfy bed. The keys drop off and service were with no interaction face to face, overall a great stay experience.
