I have problem getting the keys and wait almost two hours for someone to help.

Lack of initial communication on the owners part, made things unnecessarily stressful as I wasn't able to get onto them after multiple contact attempts and messages though multiple platforms the day before and day of check in. Was getting to the point where we were looking for alternative accommodation arrangements. The bed was pretty terrible, it felt really cheap, thin and uncomfortable and the curtains didn't stop any light so sleeping was a challenge, I would recommend sleeping on the futon couch in the living room as it is far more comfortable than the bed and the blinds block out alot more light.

Spacious and well equipped little apartment, pretty well stocked kitchen which allows you to make meals there if desired. Quite central in the old town so can be noisy as expected, was nice to hear the jazz music from the restaurant below during the afternoons when we opened the windows. The washing machine and bath were big pluses although I would recommend using washing capsules instead of powder. Would recommend leaving the windows open during the day to cool the apartment down as it can get quite hot at night.

The key you need to grab in another street, here’s no landlord or reception 🛎️ The washing machine doesn’t work well we have tried to clean our clothes 5 times and it was still wet and dirty…TV is old and has a bad connection as well as no wi fi …

Perfect location in the city center and pretty calm. Simple design, clean, everything you need for the cooking, ironing,cleaning etc it contains. Supermarket🏪 restaurant, whatever you want is super close. Can recommend it!

The common area in the building are craving for renovation.

We did not received any info for WIFI and couldn't find router, so not sure it is available (would be nice some info in apartment if it's actually exists). Only 2 double sheets provided. It was ok as we were 2 couples, but if 4 friends staying, it's very inconvenient. And those sheets are so used that pattern hardly recognisable. And sofa cover is very dirty and spotted. And one of the chairs broken. And some lights are not working. And freezer is so icy, that it's not even closes anymore. So there are things to improve.

Good location, right in the heart of old town. Street parking around old town is available, you can pay with card on the machine. House is very old and has amazing vibe, yet apartment (on the 3rd floor with no elevator) is "new" (already needs some cosmetic fixing, but still ok) and very nicely decorated. Owner not responding to booking messages, but when I called (I believe sms would also work), got all the info and owner speaks good EN (which is not so common in Poland...) and key was provided by keybox. Carrefour 24/7 in the next building and Zabka ~3min walk.

check-in should be at 15.00 according to description. We were waiting from 7am, and came to appartment at 15, but noone was there to give the key. And when they came, they told as we should wait one more hour because they need to clean apartment. So they started clean the apartament only at 15:30. And I booked that apartment with the wi-fi, because I needed to work, but there was no wi-fi.

The communication with the host was very difficult, no info about how to collect the keys. The facade of the building was under renewal and inside was very old. No lift but for us that was not an issue. No WiFi

-Had to remind the host that i was coming. Very slow response... even to reply to messages through the booking app. -Limited kitchenware and utensils. -There is indeed a construction work on the building -SEPT 2021- (big scaffolding outside). As a result, some noises are to be expected.. even early in the morning sometimes (e.g 7AM). The building's main door also stayed open during the day because of this.

Easy check in process (picked up the keys from a nearby building), nice and cute looking apartment, perfect for 1 or 2 people. Very good internet (Download around 65MBPS, was perfect for remote working). The location is great, right in the old town. Didn't try the big bath but it looked awesome. Good value for money.

The stairs (Horror Movie) No Elevator - Apartment on 3rd Floor. Not suitable if you have heavy luggage! Unless you have muscles 😂 No AC so we had to open the windows and we couldn't sleep because of the noisy people in the street until 1 AM The person responsible for the apartment should have informed us in the same moment of booking that we must take the Apartment's Key from a different location and must have WhatsApp at least and pick up their phone.

The Apartment is cute and clean. Hot water and strong Wifi Nearby Carrefour 24/7 and direct in the old town's center/ restaurants just down the building Clean towels and lots of kitchen equipments.

Very uncomfortable pillows, towels (seems like they were 100years old), there were no paper towels on the kitchen, no wi-fi password information (but we were still able to find it on the bottom of the router), in such a hot period it would be nice to have at least a little fan (it doesn't cost much). The worst part was the check-in process. After the reservation we didn't get any details of it, and also couldn't get in touch with the host.

Really good location in the very heart of the old part of Warshaw. It was possible to find a parking place on the street nearby

When we arrived in first day the floor was full of dust and it has not been cleaned. For the next day I called the property and they came and mopped the floor. The Wifi was not working. Pillows were dirty. There was not shampoo in the bathroom. And the street was full of drunks it was very noisy at nights.

The location was good. It is in the Warsaws old town.

- The fridge is not working. I have to follow a very specific diet, so I had packed food with me (and had checked that the place had a fridge), but everything went bad, and got thrown away, because the fridge does not work. Please, check that things work at the place you rent out, or at least inform the tenants that they don't. - There was no hand soap in the bathroom. And only half a roll of toilet paper. Another toilet roll was in the very very back behind some sheets, in a drawer in the wardrobe. - The place was generally clean-ish. There were some hairs on the bedsheets. - The host took quite some time to answer to messages.

Very central, we could go almost everywhere by foot. It is a cute place, close to many restaurants and bars. And there is a 24h mini market right opposite of it.

Warsaw is a city that never sleeps so it was quite noisy outside, but windows do they job if you shut them

The host was very helpful and approachable. Great communication through the stay. Lovely place, great size of the rooms. Nice bathroom with shower and bath

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with this place. First the owner didn't send any instructions about how to access the apartment or respond to messages or phone calls for several hours so we couldn't get in. We were lucky enough that the second time we went to the door a neighbour showed us the key box and put in the code for us. When we got into the apartment we realised there were no clean sheets for the sofa bed (we were 4 people) - just a bag of dirty laundry in the closet (gross). We told the landlord about this around 3pm requesting they dropped off clean sheets. When we got back in the evening they hadnt done this. So we had to sleep on a pillows with no pillow cases, no bed sheets and with a duvet with no cover. Don't waste your money with this place
