Truly no cons I can think about, maybe except lack of air conditioning which was totally no problem in April but might be an issue during hot summer months (but I cannot say).

Very convenient central location, quiet room (window facing a courtyard), very spacious, fully equipped kitchen space, a sofa to relax, very comfortable bed, great value for money. Practically all you need from a small apartment in a city centre.

my room had 2 single beds. The bed where i slept it was over soft and probably broken. It was my fault not to check the other bed before choosing where to sleep. The other bed might have been better.

The location is very good. The people at reception is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The parking is available but the price is not included in the room price and is located around the block, about 5-10 min walk away

You eat breakfast at a Café nearby and you don't get that much for your money. There is no bar or lobby to sit with friends in the building. The Reception and rooms start at the first floor. The pull out sofa is very bad to sleep in (⅓ of it was extremely hard while the rest of it was extremely soft) Several times the Reception was closed even when it was supposed to be open. It was difficult to find because there is no sign over the door with the name of the hotel, only a small one next to the door bell, which wasn't visible from the street. You need a code to get in which we weren't informed about.

The apartment was very nice It is close to Netto, Zabka and Rossman 10 minutes from Kaskada and Turzyn

For putting a bed sheet on the couch you pay 10€ extra because they call it an extra bed. Outside is very loud, as there are several restaurants

The room showed some traces of use, like minor scratches on the floor, but I stress - it's all within reason and the oversall conditions are very good.

Comfortable, well situated, clean. Reception very upbeat and made me feel welcome right away. I was very well advised on parking arrangements, ie how to park without paying. Comfortable bed. Room was quiet. I slept well and could work in focus in the morning.

We wouldn't book the breakfast option again. One gets vouchers for a (very nice) cafe just around the corner, but the options are very limited with the vouchers. I'd rather choose from their full menue.

Some guest next us were noisy during midnight and early morning, they've slammed the doors, footsteps and taking were noisy although the hotel imposes a fine up to 500 PLN and the hotel sets quiet time between 22:00 to 06:00.

The reception staff is friendly and they helped us. And we're pleased that they've answered our questions by e-mail quickly. The kitchen and the washing machine was very confortable. In addition the breakfast at the bakery "Nad Piekarnią Cafe & Bistrot" was cozy, tasty and the staffs were friendly!

We were lacking couple of kitchenware, such as additional pot, good knife, cutting board, but if you are not into cooking, thats totally ok.

Location was very good, in one block there was a parking for 12 eur/day, but be aware that parking on the street is free from 5pm till 8am in the morning, so if you are parking just for one night, might not need the paid parking. We stayed with two kids, nice that they could use the separate bedroom and the parents could stay up a bit longer withut disturbing the kids. We needed an additional day to stay, the staff was very helpful and arranged that very smoothly - I did the booking online and they have assigned the same room for us.

The wifi is weak and unstable, a litte bit tricky for the guests who are staying for business purposes that require strong internet connection.

The room was spacious and had all we needed for our 5 night stay. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom (with washing machine). Staff were friendly and helpful (great comms via booking.com) There is underground car park available at 40zl per day. WiFi worked well. Heating worked well too. This hotel is 10min walk to Galeria Kaskada. There is a mini shopping mall close by that has cinema too! Plenty of local bakeries nearby as well as cafes. There is a lift in the building. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I did not like that our studio did not come with a stand in shower. It came with a bath tub. That was very annoying and did not enjoy that part. I paid for breakfast but was not able to find where to go eat breakfast in the establishment.

The price of the hotel and the location(even though it is in a little rough neighborhood) other than that it is very convenient when this hotel is at. The pricing was GREAT!
