Bathroom needs a little bit of renovation - wall seems to get wet from the shower near the door.

-the smell, it smelled a lot like cheap toiled rim block mostly in the bathroom, but everywhere really -the smell in the fridge, somebody left coffee grounds in there, probably to cover another stink up, but it didnt work well, everything i left in there was penetrated by that smell -the parking space was really tight, not really a “con”, but something to be aware of Nothing was super bad, i am just pretty particular about smells, i think an air freshener would help, or idk airing the place out, maybe different cleaning supplies, and just be careful if u have a bigger car, u can end up scratching it up if ur not careful like we did 🫣(at no fault of anyone but ourselves)

-excellent location, if it wasnt so windy i would probably just walk everywhere -super comfortable bed -parking!!! -well organised space -good for short and longer stays -good lighting -work space and a separate dining table -big tv and a hdmi cable as well as an internet one(never seen that anywhere) Really loved my stay here, perfect for the 2 nights i spent, but honestly i feel like one could live here all year round, so dont hesitate if u want to spend here a week or two, first time ever when i actually had a space to do my makeup in natural light in a hotel/airbnb for years, the kitchen had a full-size fridge and all the important stuff u could need, even scissors, really appreciate little stuff like that, the bathroom was also a decent size and the apartment had a fully furnished cozy balcony

There is no AC

Apartments are cozy, beautiful design, there is everything you may need for your stay, all kitchen appliances, bathroom supplies and so on. Location is great, because it is near centre, there are shops, restaurants nearby. There is underground parking, cameras and security on the property so you really do feel comfortable and safe there. Host is extremely friendly and helpful. 100% recommend this place

Parking space is a bit narrow, mine was between two pillars. Longer car might have some problems there, I think. If you have something long it would make sense to contact the host beforehand and ask for less restricted space, just in case. Still, for me it was more or less OK in the end, just a bit scary in the process.

Breakfast in apartment – this is very cool, I've never encountered something like this in apartments. It arrives right on time as well, which is very convenient if you've got a tight schedule. Underground parking available, and also there is a free parking near the building (though it might be full depending on when you've come). Location is near metro station, as well as other public transport stops – it is well communicated and you don't have to go far, which makes it perfect for those who might need to go across Warsaw. This is a full apartment with enough kitchenware to actually cook something. In general there was no issues with it: it is pretty safe, clean, room planning is nice so you can comfortably work there if you need to and in general you do not feel crammed in a corner. It is also nice looking. Bathroom is good as well: shower doesn't leak all over the place which is nice, and thermostatic water mixer is really convenient. Lots of sockets – under the desk, near bed, in the kitchen area, in bathroom and probably some more I've forgot about. Also in my apt there was an electric tee deep in the desk's drawer, I guess in case you really wanted to cram it all up one socket (don't do that if you don't need to, and especially don't cram all your high power stuff into one socket as it can melt and cause fire). The host is nice as well, very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is very nice, it's in a Cat's coffee, you can choose to have breakfast with cats or sit outside. Location is good. The owner is nice and atiently introduce us to the facilities in the flat, we will choose here again if I come to Warsaw next time.

There's no aircon in the apartment. The weather was not hot during my stay, so it was fine, but can be an issue if it gets hot outside. And the shower cabin is somewhat leaky.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay in Warsaw. Spacious, very well equipped, fully staffed. Cosy, nice bed, great terrace. Coffee machine with great coffee. Fast WiFi. Very easy to check-in and collect keys, as well as to check-out. Private parking spot on the underground parking (and the host was kindly willing to allow to keep the car there a bit longer, than the check-out time, which was very nice). Tasty breakfast with several options in a very nice place at the same building. Finally, the location is vey good either - rather quiet and still just 20 min walk to the center.

The oven and fridge were something dirty. But the owner of the apartments solved the problem very quickly.

The location of the apartment is top. Terrace was amazing. The new building and underground parking was really nice.

Thank you for the fantastic stay! The apartment was great and had a great view, very close to the metro/tram stations (about 5' by foot), making it a delightful experience. Moreover, your clear instructions for key pickup and parking made everything so convenient. The warm hospitality and helpful tips were truly appreciated and added a personal touch to the trip. Oh, and I must not forget to thank you for the delicious breakfast you provided at the nearby cafe.

To reach perfection: Dark Ikea towels with its (always, regardless of washing) unpleasant smell should be replaced with a bit better quality fabric, light colored ones.

The unit is nicely equiped, functional and stilish. Fairly close to all locations in the city, easily reachable by public transport.
