White towels with spots of dirt which cannot be cleaned, hole in the door - looks like someone tried to open it by his legs. Price seems extremely high for such facilities level.

The furniture has lived, so has the bathroom but at this price I am very happy with what we got.

Great little Studio, perfect for us. Good location, very quiet, close to Gliwice and Katowice.

The room was great and spacious. Please take a better picture of the room because the room is better than the way it's presented on the picture. It's was a last minute decision for us since every hotel in the area was fully booked for the night.the picture of the room is not appealing at all when in reality the rooms you have is far better in person.

If you leave the hotel , you have to leave the key at the reception, which is a bit weird. The location os a bit far from the centre but taxis are very cheap.

The bed was very comfortable, clean room. I had a really good view from my window.

The curtains weren't able to cover the whole window... One of them was halv the size of the other.

the room was everything you need - towels, shower gels, water, hairdryer. the staff is working 24h , so its really comfortable to check in . staff was super friendly and helpful.

They room we stayed was good overall for short stay. There wasn't easy access to sockets and we found only two of them in the room. One was fine next to the bed but the other one was close to ceiling and was difficult to reach. The fridge was working quiet loud.

We only stayed for short in the room. Beds was comfortable and even if we stayed for a short period we had couple of hours of good sleeping. Reception was very helpful and polite. The hotel has a small bar and snack. The hotel is about 15 mins driving from city center. Thge are was quiet and green.

This place looks still nice on the photos but seriously needs a makeover, better cleaning and some management. Old bedlinen, mold in the showers, very disgusting chair. To make things complete the bar that serves food is closed till end of the month, but still gets adverted when you book. In this remote location guests are depending on things like this.

The receptionist Kuba was very friendly and my room on the western side very quiet.

Room in bad condition. Broken door, bad smell inside, broken shower cabin, bad sound insulation through room door, etc.

1. There was a terrible odor coming out of the toilet / bathroom. 2. Half of the hotel staff seemed totally lost. People working at the hotel were either amazing or totally not giving a damn. 3. The heating in room worked in waves - either full heating or no heating. 4. Speaking about heating system, it was loud and you could hear water bubbling / moving 24h a day. 5. The room was extremely dirty. There was food leftovers in fridge, few centimeters of dust everywhere, stains on covers of blankets & pillows. 6. The door lock was broken. The room card didnt work (even tho I was promised it was fixed). Whether or not the door would close was a pure mystery. I had to ask people from another room to check for me if the door closed - 2 out of each 3 times it didnt close properly. 7. You could easily hear people from other rooms, not only convos but them "playing" during the night. 8. The rooms were not cleaned (f.e. trash wasn't taken) in between of few-days stay. 9. And lastly, they didn't even prepare enough toilet paper (nor brought new one) for a few-days stay. 10. Most of people working at the reception seemed totally lost, disorganized and not giving a damn (except for one blonde receptionist in glasses).

There was literally nothing to like about the hotel. The beds were indeed comfortable, but covers of blankets & pillows were either dirty or old or both. The breakfast, outside of Sunday (which seemed like gathering leftovers from all week) was decent for the price. The cleaning ladies were extremely polite and far more helpful, than receptionists. They could definitely represent the hotel in front of a client better, than the receptionists.
