The spa area(sauna) and swimming pool were very small and old. Not appropriate for a 4 start hotel.

The hotel is surrounded with a nice forest, lakes and green areas. The restaurant at the hotel was top, also the breakfast was good. Overall nice experience if you want to spend time in nature and interested in fishing, because there were lots of fishing lakes and activities.

They have lots of fun activities but the timings were restrictive (bowling/games zone only from 4pm, swimming only from 10am, restaurant closed at 10pm etc). We were only there overnight so missed the chance to enjoy most of it. Unfortunately we were woken up just before 5am by workmen arriving and unloading their van loudly outside our window. Reception staff weren't able to offer us a later checkout or any compensation apart from a (small) free drink in the bar.

We liked the room (very clean, spacious, comfy beds), really close to the pool. Free on-site parking. Great breakfast.

We enjoyed a lot the outside pools - you pay extra but the water is heated. The sunsets are over the lakes and are gorgeous. We stayed in a bungalow and liked our private terrace and grill

The fact that the use of the external swimming pool wasn’t included in the price of the room.We could have used the one in the spa without extra cost but we had to pay extra for the external one,which for us being guests in the hotel didn’t make much sense.

The walls in VIP1 were too seen and the floors too squeaky one could hear every footstep and turn in the neighbouring room

the all-inclusive packages were lovely. Very nice location. That one is allowed to grill in his own backyard is awesome. The fishing bays and restaurants deserve a mention.

It's not a four-star hotel, it's a plain 3*. Which is fine to have a good rest. But positioning themselves as a 4* raises expectations which leads to frustration. But the most unpleasant was the fact that SPA and pools were closed during our visit, and this was not communicated beforehand. SPA was one of the main decision drivers for us to go to Kormoran, because spending a day in a pool/sauna is one of the few options with small kids. Instead, we had to drive to a nearby hotel. Given that we received a couple meaningless messages from the hotel before arrival, not letting us know that spa is shut down is absolutely unacceptable.

It's a good place for a family vacation. Plenty of attractions on site, including fishing, sports. Green, calm, relaxing.

I wasn't a huge fan of the linens but I haven't stayed at many Polish hotels to know what the bedding expectations are.

The jacuzzi tub and hot tub were both amazing! Also, the breakfast was fantastic with many options. Much more than a typical continental breakfast!
