Lovely hotel setting acseibel to local landmarks fantastic breakfast all you could think of and more dined in the restaurant twice for evening meal pork chops the best we v had anywhere.

We could not have twin beds in the suite, only a double. Twin beds would have been perfect.

Well located just outside the Old Town. Tasty, well cooked breakfast with a good choice of dishes. Friendly, helpful staff. Our suite had a bedroom, en suite bathroom with bath, spacious sitting room with great view of the castle and river, and a separate, second toilet. Very quiet, despite road works outside.

Construction work noise early in the morning

I know this isn’t the hotels fault but the work on the roads outside isn’t great but like I said nothing that the hotel can do about that however this will eventually it will Make it better by being on the tram route

Bedding is very, very soft, but that depends of your preferences.

At the moment there is a building site in front of the hotel, what is of course not the fault of the hotel. In our room there was some noise, but really low (and the Hotel provided earplugs if needed). Once ready, the street and the square in front of the hotel will be very nice, I guess.

The Hotel is located close to the river and the Wawel castle. It is on the edge of the city center and all things tourists typically want to visit can be easily reached by foot. A parking garage is nearby, but the public parking space in front of the hotel can be used (to be paid hourly, but possible to book for about 60 PLN for the whole day!). Our room was very clean, the breakfast was fantastic, the sauna is small but absolutely sufficient and the roof top restaurant / bar has a really great view on the city (river, castle, etc.). The staff was generally friendly (restaurant, cleaning staff), the people on the reception desk were overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. We were three people (parents and 17 year old daughter) and Hotel Kossak managed to offer all items for 3 people (bathrobes, slippers, etc.) - many hotels fail here. Very close to the hotel are several supermarkets and restaurants and a streetfood stand. In the same block there is a department store with a big supermarket. This department store is a must-see for people who want to visit a department store with the charm of the 1970ies (strange, because this wonderful old city gives a very “young” impression). Our stay in Hotel Kossak from check-in to check-out was a great experience. Thanks – I really recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic the view from the hotel was so beautiful facing the Vistula river and the Wawel castle perfect location overall. Staff are so friendly and helpful always welcoming especially Paulina she organised all of our tours and even packed a lunch that we could bring with us.

The gym is very basic. The bed actually consisted of 2 matrasses instead of one single, but at least the hotel made an effort in making it a queen size bed.

Breakfast was splendid. Fantastic variety and quality of food. That was the main highlight of the stay. The hotel is in a good location, on the riverside, with easy access downtown on foot.

I'm not sure if the view included to room amenities, nevertheless our view room was at the back of hotel, definitely we would like the view of castle and river. Also, the spa had not jacuzzi.

The hotel was close to old town, very good breakfast, clean room and comfortable mattress. Nice view from the top of hotel when we took our drink.

Absolutely great in every aspect. Localization, comfort, breaktfast, VIEW FROM THE WINDOW (photo attached, done literally from our 4th floor window), staff - all great. It feels there in every place, that someone who's running this place, really cares.
