Quite noisy neighbours, there was even a dog locked in one of the rooms and whenever someone moved in the corridor he started barking, but it's not the hotel's fault. The distance from the centre is a bit more, the journey on foot took about 40 minutes. On the other hand, it was through the park and along the river, so nice scenery.

It was a small room, but very nice and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast excellent, great choice of food and drinks. Free parking right next to the hotel. Good price.

the hotel its first 3 floors of appartmetments building, lobby its also breakfast room, has only 6 tables, with wide chairs which took walking sitting place around them, if most of tables are occupied, its hard to get out and take your breakfast. We saw people with kids, they really need much more space to sit around, you should make schedule for breakfast, I saw it in hotel in Copenhagen, if you have luck of space...

The price and free parking was main reason why we choose this property. Also close to tram stop to city centre.

On the day of check-in, the hotel called us to say that they had to put us in another hotel due to damage in the room, it was a hotel located in a completely different part of the city, which made it a little difficult for us and disrupted our sightseeing plans. When we returned to our room at night, there was no electricity (?!) and at the reception they told us to move to another room, but since it was night time, there was only a room with two beds, not a double bed that we actually paid for. At that moment, at 11 PM, contacting Hotel Nowa Panorama seemed pointless because we just wanted to go to sleep, and because of our plans in the center the next day, we did not contact the hotel further, which they later blamed us for. All in all, a very unusual experience. Interestingly, the hotel we were staying in had 4*, but it didn't seem to be on the same level as Nowa Panorama, the furniture and bathroom were a bit dated. By checking the prices on Booking, the alternative accommodation is cheaper than Hotel Nowa Panorama on most dates :/

As I read in other reviews before our stay...the room where breakest was served was veru thiny...just 5 tables with 4 chairs each, but we didnt mind.

The bed was a bit stiff and not that comfortable. The bathroom is almost as big a the rest of the room which leaves very little room for the beds and bags.

The price is very good for the quality of the room. Newly renovated bathroom had a very large shower.

Mattress and pillow were of very poor quality. Also walls are extremely thin, so we were able to hear our neighbors at the morning and couldn’t get a good sleep.

It was clean and available for late booking and check in for reasonable price.

some furniture is old and a bit damaged. the sink blocked off the toilet and you can sit on it only from the side. the door twitches and slams constantly making noise because of the air flows from the outside.

location is close to public transport. I liked the rooms white and blue design with a lot light. quiet clean. staff is great. new shower cabin and water pressure and hot water all work well. I bought great coffee at the reception.

Room service was quite loud outside our doors and tried to get in, even though we put "don't disturb" hanger on. Hotel has troubles with parking places - if you don't book them in advance, you won't get them.

Really comfortable linen, professional desk service. Hot shower. Bus and tram stop just next to the hotel. Ideal for short business trip in Cracow. In need of relax, there is an excellent park near by.

The room is very small, the staff who clean the hotel are noisy (don't forget your earplugs), the breakfast is expensive and not so good, the staff is not specially nice. The hotel is far too expensive for the quality.
