The odour from bathroom was unbearable, I couldn't open the window cause was 0 degrees outside. My hair were smelly, my clothes were smelly after all night sleeping in that room. After report this problem in reception I had a feeling that I'm not the first who noticed that but nothing is done about it.

The mattress on the bed is like foam, it is impossible to sleep. The walls are corton, you can hear every breath and conversation from the neighboring rooms. The room is dirty and cold (were in December). We stayed for one night, but it turned out that even to spend the night there is impossible.

Bathroom: There was a very bad smell coming from what we assumed to be the pipes, we tried opening the window to try air out the room however the smell would return. The towels smelled strongly of bleach and the shower was very confined. Bed/room: The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. A quick fix would be to remove the metal legs as it already has a full base. However, I'm not sure how much of an effect this would have. Noise carried through from the hallway, very little sound deadening.

The location was fit for our purpose and close to public transport.

Dirty numbers. Unfriendly girl at the reception. We arrived at night, from December 12 to 13. We booked a double room with one double bed through the Booking website. The girl at the reception behaved as if we had come to her house without an invitation. I gave the key to number 13. The beds in the room were covered, towels were folded. But in the corner of the room there was a bottle of wine and a rag lying around. Taking the blanket off the bed, they found a lot of other people's hair on the bed. The sockets in the room are not working. I worked only alone in the bathroom. I went downstairs to the reception, said the room was dirty. The girl first replied that it couldn't be like that he was being cleaned. When I offered her to get up with me, she refused. Then I started saying that they would clean tomorrow at 8 a.m. The girl at the reception is a candid rude woman. When I asked her to do something about this situation, she said that she was not a cleaner and would do anything. I asked to change the number, changed it to 15 . Attention, not a room, but a room in the dormitory. Three single beds in a row are lined up. I went downstairs again, asked for a room with one double bed, the girl said that there were no more rooms. There were booking numbers on the site, strangely enough. The girl at the reception said that she had nothing to do with booking on booking at all. That she doesn't see anything that they write or point out there. I've been driving for more than 12 hours, I just want to go to bed on a clean bed. It stinks of cats in the hall. In the toilet, in the room, it stinks of cigarettes. There is no noise insulation at all. The reception is completely zero. Which, instead of solving the problem, threatens the police if I wake someone up now. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone in my life. The only star for parking. It's free in front of the hotel. There are no more pluses here. Never stay at this hotel, even for one night.

We arrived at 23:00, room did not meet with presented in the photo, smelled the cat's urine everywhere. It was too late for something to change, I informed the personnel in reception regarding mentioned above and his not react. I strongly do not recommend this Nowa Panorama for any tourists and worker travelers.

A rude employee in the reservation desk. It spoiled the whole experience. I tried to changed my reservation to get a one day more in this hotel, but it was declined by them in Booking. So I decided just to book an another room and paid for them. When I arrived to the hotel, they wanted me to pay the money for this day (that I tried to change and that was declined). The hotel changed the reservation in some magical ways, but didn’t notify me and Booking about the changed. And they didn’t try to do anything to resolve this conflict situation. I never return to this hotel and I don’t suggest to anyone to stay here

A lot of noise, we were woken up at 5am as someone was washing floors. Basically any interactions outside of our rooms we could hear like it was inside. Picture of the room booked on Booking was way different of the one we stayed in.

The hallways were dirty, the elevator wasnt nice, and the building in itself was not nice. The hotel rooms did not look like the pictures at all. The beds were hard and it was too close to the road, so nothing to do around there

The sewer smell in the rooms was awful, we had to plug up the sink with toilet roll to help this. No kettle or hairdryer in room and the worst thing was the noise! People slamming doors and banging to all hours, the empty hallways and tiled floors do not help. if you like your sleep stay away from here.
