The hot water in the shower took a bit long but overall everything was great.

The room was cosy and clean. Good extra too, Ritual toiletries, sleepers, show polish, iron board and iron available in the room and more. The breakfast selection is very tasty, the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. The restaurant serves fantastic food and the team was great too. I have some food allergies and they were very accomodating and caring. Lastly, the location is perfect, very well serviced by public transport and taxies.

The bathroom door does not fully close as it is a slide door.

The location near the tram station that takes you to the city center. 90ZLN per day for parking. They offer the green option of cleaning while checking in which means they will clean only when you want without putting the sign on the door. The room was always clean.

The TV only had polish channels, there was no possibility of using YouTube for example, or other streaming services.

My girlfriend and I loved everything about the hotel, it was absolutely fantastic. The room was quiet, it was clean, bathroom had everything you needed, there was a bathtub, tissues, toilet paper, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo. The room was amazing, the bed was huge, very comfortable and clean. There is a nespresso machine with 4 capsules, and 4 different types of tea that you can make yourself, there was a working fridge, a laundry bag, a telephone that connects you to the hotel staff, a big screen TV. The design of the room was amazing, we loved and enjoyed our stay. there was also a sauna and a gym as well for the hotel guests. we will be coming back to the hotel every time we visit Warsaw. the location is super great and very convenient, there is a tram way stop as well as bus stops where busses and trams come very often.

This hotel is a real gem! The photos on booking looked great, but I thought that they were a little made up however I was extremely surprised when I entered the hotel building as it was all new, clean and stylish. I really appreciate the receptionists who let me to check in a little earlier and who assisted me so many times during the time I was staying there. All requests were completed within half an hour and it’s especially valuable when you are not feeling well. Apparently some rooms have locked windows and the guests are not able to open them. As I caught a cold, I really needed to ventilate my room and they helped me to change the room to the one with the window which I could open. The rooms are super clean, all the facilities are new, the shower is huge and the bed is so comfy. I would also highly recommend to pay for the breakfast - they serve a buffet every morning and all the food is amazing.

Breakfast was really good - plenty options to choose from. I really liked a spacious shower and pillows were awesome, very comfy. Great service as well :) Bonus: I left an item in the room - I even didn't realize that until I was on the train back home. The hotel staff called me and the item is waiting for me to pick up next time. Really appreciated :)

The bathroom door didn't close till the end so it felt like I had less security in the bathroom. The location is quite nice but it's in the other direction from the old town. But it's rather close to the main station so overall pretty nice.

The room was pretty spacious and it was clean ! I liked that there were four kinds of coffee capsule prepared - we didn't have it but was nice of them :) The bed was comfy and I slept well.

The bathroom.. I understand that it is a beautiful design, but there are glass doors that don’t even slide completely closed.. even for a couple it is uncomfortable to use the bathroom, not even talking about different type of guests. Very bad mirror light.

The pillow shape is "breaking" the neck, the TV channels are not always working (no signal). The car navigation leads to the wrong address, but it's probably Skoda maps problem only.

Very good modern hotel in the central location, large room, comfortable bed, lots of cheap parking possibilities all around. Shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.The hotel has its own parking garage too.

Front desk staff speak excellent English and bent over backwards to help. Superb breakfast. Room felt luxurious. Bathtub! Nespresso machine! soft duvets! Lots of pillows! Exercise room. It's an easy walk from two different train stations. BUT. "Easy" for me (10-20 minutes) might not be for everyone. The location is easy to get to, but it's not near any "hot" destinations. Perfectly great if you are walking.

Poor room ventilation, only polish tv channels and no music channel, empty minibar, only one pair of slippers.
