May be it is mentioned in the basic info about hostel, but there were no towels included (luckily it was possible to rent). Toilet and shower is a common room - after some guests rubber boots required to get in.

They didn't allow me to change the bed when I decided to stay for some more days. After checking out you can't stay in the hostel, only for additional payment.

The place was dirty, not very clean ( toilet and shower). The room not bad but the bed is uncomfortable at all..

The location was good. The kitchen is pretty good so you can cook whatever you want and place where to sit .

This is more just points for improvement but it would be helpful to have a waste bin in the toilets for feminine items so you don't have to dispose of them in a wide open bin in shared room. It would also be very helpful to have a mirror in the rooms. Otherwise, great stuff :)

Be happy it's the value for this place. Easy walking distance from the train station and the downtown tourist areas. Very clean. And the reception desk was very good with requests.

The kitchen was poorly equipped and the bathrooms weren't always the cleanest. Also our room was on the other side of the street to where the communal areas were..

Twin beds are narrow - the kind you’d get in a caravan. Wasn’t the cleanest - but for the price I paid - was just a minor issue. Walls are super thin - so bring earplugs. (Wasn’t partying noise, just could hear next room talking / moving things around.. etc.). TV (which I didn’t expect to have one in the room) didn’t seem to work - wasn’t an issue, as was out most the time exploring.

Good location. Friendly staff (that speak English - helpful as I can’t speak ANY Polish..!) Funky names to the rooms (if you like your rock music). Bedding (sheets) are clean and provided. Good value (probably the cheapest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in). For the price paid, the positives outweighed the negatives. I was in a separate building to the main hostel, so didn’t take advantage of all the facilities.

Dorms with 8 people can get really hot in the nights with no windows open and they give really thick blankets. Either you don't cover yourself or you sweat under them. The bathroom was a bit dirty when I arrived in the night, but in the morning it was okay.

Good location, fair value for the money for one or two nights. The staff was also nice.

The cleaning staff were extremely loud and were making a ruckus so resting at certain times of the day was impossible. They would bang loudly their mops against the door too. Even with the already late check-in, the room wasn't ready and we had to wait for around 45 min until it was done. One of the mornings someone literally came into our room at around 9 o'clock and we didn't get any explanation who that might have been – the privacy in what was supposed to be a private room didn't feel enough.

Location is great. The room was nice for the price, seemed clean enough. Reception staff was easy to communicate with.
