The location is very close to the Train station, Shopping Mall, Restaurants and 5 min walk to Old Town. The room was spacious. Everything was clean.

- The disadvantage of being too close to the train station is the noise of the trains passing by as the windows of our room were overlooking the rails. Unless you sleep like a baby the trains will wake you up. - No elevator.

- The location is very close to the Bus/Train station/Groceries/Shopping Mall/Restaurants/Old Town. - The rooms are spacious. - Everything was clean. - Separate bathroom.

No lift. A lot of stairs to get to apt. I personally did not mind it as I travel light but my friends had heavy luggage and it was painful to make it up.

The apartment was big enough for the five of us, very clean, with a nice kitchen. It had two bathrooms, it was walking distance to the train terminal, Old Town, and other tourist destinations. The staff was very helpful and available for all the questions we had as there is a reception office during the day. Our train to Prague was at night so we were able to store our luggage in the reception office.

All was fine, clean, convenient, as on pictures. We left our stuff prior to checkin and after check out at no cost.

The vibe is quite un-personal, the decoration of the largest apartments is non-engaging, and the sleeping option in the combined kitchen/living room/bedroom is not optimal. But for the price, I will absolutely approve.

Very handy location, close to amenities, the apartments are spacious and the noises from the nearby railway line are suprisingly quiet.

There is no free parking possibility on weekdays. You can park your car on the street but on weekdays you must pay. In the apartment everything was fine, there are even kichen utensils provided, though a soup ladle was much missed. And, do not open the curtains or the windows as there is a very ugly and disgusting rubbish dump in the small inner yard just under the window (they should pay attention to removing it and putting there an organized waste collection facility and some plants in pots would make the wjole thing much better).

The surrounding is perfect. The Old Town is very near and the street is not busy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the heating was on and temperature was just perfect. It was a good one-night choice and if I return to Krakow for several days I will choose the same place.

Everything was great! Just keep in mind that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, without an elevator. Thus, it could be a little difficult to carry heavy luggage or for people with mobility difficulties.

Close to city center, clean and quiet. Vfm when traveling with friends or family.

We had to ask for toilet paper the second day. And the third day we tried to go to the reception three times to ask for some more, eventually we bought some more ourselves. There were no small towels to use after we washed our hands.

It was very close to the old town, and a shopping centre in the end of the street. There was also a small supermarket a couple of minutes from the apartment. Perfect apartment for a group, especially the fact that we could make breakfast ourselves.

It was a bit difficult to find the receptionist on arrival, they were hidden away in a room that looked like a locked door / cupboard, maybe keep the door open so people can easily find you.

Lovely receptionist gave keys and information when we arrived. Clean apartment with everything you need. Bed was a bit low if you struggle to get in and out.

The sound insulation is terrible. We heard a bunch of teenagers in next room shouting whole night.

The room is big, beds are comfortable and can cook in the kitchen, they provide pots and plates.

Nothing in particular. It's almost perfect.

The apartment is near to tourist spots, train station and churches. It is big and very clean. Staff is very helpful. They made self check in very easy.
