Room was small, closet needed repairs. Power went out so I had to flip the hfise mix.

Breakfast was diverse, fresh, and good. Reception was very helpful. Location right next to Lazienki was nice.

The "Old fashioned" structure can be appreciated or not. For me it was agreeable, but for somebody else couldn't be this way. By reading on booking that the structure is "In the city Center" one expects to find it close to the Center. And it isn't. Nevertheless, as I said, Lazienki Park is considered to be in the City Center, even if it isn't. Industrial jams in the Breakfast buffet couldn't be appreciated.. Nevertheless, the salty section was really good.

The structure declares to be in the City Center. Indeed, it's not in the City Center. Nevertheless, Lazienki Park,the structure is close to, is considered to be in the Center, because this enormous park ends right in the City Center. on the Krakowskie Przdemiesce. Anyway, the position is quite good, and, with a few stops of the bus 185 one easily reaches the Center. And the bus ticket costs just 4.4 sloty (about 0.92 euros). The structure is quite "old fashioned", looking a 50s hotel, allowing us a "splash" in the past. However, the structure is comfortable and the rooms are spacious, like they were in the past. The breakfast buffet is full of tasty things, also if jams are packaged and, so, Industrial. Better the salty section. By closing, an interesting structure to stay, close to one of the nicest parks, maybe, in the World.

Once arrived there was strange smell in reception and corridors. Hotel needs renovation either in lobby either for rooms. Breakfast: food so so, personnel - only good words.

If you are not looking anything fancy it is good place for 1 or 2 night stay.

- Was a bit surprised that the hotel is older than in photos. - Uncomfortable bed and pillow - No elevator - Most things are so old that you are afraid to touch them - Poor light in the bathroom

For sure the location is perfect, not too far from the center, calm area, good transport facilities, direct buses to the center and main attractions, good breakfasts, very nice personnel. Perfect place for a couple of nights. Fast and easy check-in.

My husband felt the pillows were a little flat and other than the bed and a hard chair there was no place to sit. there definitely was room for a small couch which would have made the room nicer.

I liked how this hotel was like stepping into the past. it’s very close to Łazienski Park and that’s the primary reason we chose it. The breakfast we purchased with our room was a huge buffet of traditional Polish breakfast foods and each day there were different choices. Excellent food.

bedrooms were a little Spartan -no tissues supplied , no spare pillow ( would have been useful as pillow on bed was virtually flat. Housekeeping seemed to only change the towels and the bottled water, and nothing else.

The hotel has a very strong feeling of 90s and needs renovation. You’ll get the impression that you are at the sanatorium) Instant coffee for breakfast also ruins experience, otherwise breakfast would be good for me.

Amazing location, if Lazienki Park is on your list + great place to jog in the morning. Very spacious rooms with a workplace.

There were no curtains on the windows, only blinds so there was a draught coming in and it was cold while we were there. Some of the towel rails were broken, ot didn't bother me to be honest but they were broken one the less.

Room was nice and big. Ideal for a family a d the shower was lovely, constant hot water.
