Was calling several times before arrival—there were no reply, even though it states 24hours desk. The garage/parking area entrance is a nightmare—to narrow. The noise insulation on the ground floor is just “0” —it seems that people talking and walking in your room...

Clean, comfortable, very good price, kind and helpful staff 🙌 Recommend for a “just to sleep” stays.

Very dirty room, corridor stinked of cigarettes, bed sheets were smaller than the bed, ventilation was very loud in the bathroom

Smoking in the hotel, my room stank the whole time and it was quite loud, it seemed the cleaners started at 5am but behaved as though it was 10am, the bed was basic, the pillows were useless, I ended up with a neck so stiff the last day I couldn't turn my head, and I'm not an older person.

Didn't have the breakfast, location was the best thing for this hotel for me, close to the tramway only 5-10 minutes from the city centre by tram, room facilities are really good.

I am using this hotel since 2 years and it is getting worse each time Shower head cannot be fixed Shower doors are not closing Kitchen gear getting less and less. Most disappointing - they seem not to care

For couple days nothing used was replaced in the room.

It is situated between the downtown and north university campus Morasko. Fast tram (5-6 min) or about 40 minutes on foot to both. Two big shopping moles are around.

Unhelpful reception staff this time. Lack of possibility to book an overground parking for vehicles with roof boxes which are too high (over 2.1m) to park in the underground parking. it’s a pain if you arrive late at night with your family and the receptionist advising you to leave your fully loaded car at public, not secured car park belonging to local mall, around 120m away from the hotel… very poor customer service. Also, don’t expect that spare sofa bed will be made for rest of your family at your late night arrival. This needs to be requested in advance, don’t expect the staff will do extra mile to make you feel more welcoming. Disappointing…..

Convenient location and kitchenette.

On the check-out day, I came back and sat in the lounge to spend a few hours as my train as at night. The lounge consists of just 3 chairs. On that day, it was raining and cold outside, otherwise I had planned to spend the time time roaming around the city before me train was scheduled. I just sat on a chair, and to pass the time, sometimes closed me eyes and rested my head on my arms or on the chair handle. But the receptionist Sonya was quite rude, and she came to me saying -- "you cannot sleep here", "it looks bad", etc. I told her that I was not sleeping and had just closed my eyes, while being awake all the time. The fact of the matter is there were hardly any people coming and going there, and my sitting there in a respoing posture did not cause any harm to anyone. I stayed there 7 nightd, and this treatment during departure really spoilt it al for me. The hotel staff should have te minimumcourtesy. On the other hand, the day before my departure, I had asked another receptionist to ask the housekeepers to clean the room -- I reminded him twice. But still the room was not cleaned.

I did not have breakfast. It is a bit far from old town/city centre.

The bed covers were visibly too small for the mattress. Which is not very hygienic. The rooms where not as clean as they could be. A bit disappointing considering the whole design of the hotel. The head rest of the beds where falling.. complicated microwave, with no manual.. Quite disappointing considering, as it is seems, like a brand new hotel.
