    Checked in after 12am so didn’t want to bother the owner but the television was broken with a split through it and had no channels just CD which not all worked. Anyhow, the sofa bed was stained and damp so the sleep was awful. The bedding didn’t smell fresh, smelt like it’s been sitting in the wardrobe for some good time. The bath tub was dirty, had some brown water left over, perhaps from the mop bucket. The fridge had mold. There was no hearing, the window was left open there for the apartment was freezing in the night time when we arrived. We had to use the left over candles which only lasted a sort while. But the biggest joke of the whole stay was the next morning. I had 2 appointments scheduled, dentist and doctors. Which I wasn’t able to attend and my mum had a dentist appointment booked herself that she too missed because the lock of the apartment wouldn’t budge. So we missed 3 appointments that we weren’t able to reschedule. Not to mention the danger of not being able to get in and out incase of an emergency which anything could have happened but having to warm the apartment up via candles on plates in my eyes is hideous. Could’ve at least got one or two electric radiators. The owner when we called said he wouldn’t be able to come and try and help us until after 11, meanwhile we called after 8. On arrival he didn’t even check if we were okay or apologised while we were stuck there for hours with no food, no drink and missed our appointments. The locks had to get changed, when we said we would like a refund for all the hassle and inconvenience he said he won’t be able to give us it. So we left. Stranded we had to stay in a family members. Mean while that same night there was already someone else in the apartment when we had it booked for 5 days?!!
