How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

There was no place to hang clothes while showering in those communal showers. Something to think about.
Location is good, next to the tram stop or if choose to take tram #1 then scooter cost about 2 zloty. Easy check in and rooms were clean.

It was forbidden to drink alcohol in the room. Toilet room was shared and I did not found shower. Its OK to stay over night but not longer.
Free Pizza and Free Parking. Easy to get to old town by tram.

I would like to write a wish for the owners. Please make noticeable signs for the women and men restrooms. Incidents happen.
Not the first time in this hotel. The last time we visited was in May 2023 and we did not like it - it was somehow not cozy and dirty. We decided that the hotel to "fizzle out" Not finding another suitable option, we decided to stay here again. This time everything was different. It was clean everywhere: in both the men and women restrooms, the kitchen was also clean. Thank you for late check-in - keys can be obtained according to instructions. Thanks to the staff, always friendly and responsive. There is free parking. Clean towels. Good Wi-Fi. Despite the noisy company, at 23-00 they went to bed as if on cue.

Smells like cigarettes at the entrance
Everything was fine, starting with the parking near the building, clean room with fresh air and comfy bed. Clean bathroom and kitchen, coffeemaker.

10am checkout...brutal if you're not morning people like us! We have been travelling for 5 weeks and used to 12pm checkout everywhere

Lack of cutlery in the kitchen. The water was cold in the shower in the evenings :(
The location is not bad, 5-10min to the centre by car or taxi. There is also a grocery shop right next by.

we had to change the room because the windows were broken or wouldn't open, holes in the walls, furniture broken in certain areas, holes in the wall. dirty bedding in places

The door hinges in the toilets and showers are damaged (all of them) and are insanely loud, which really should be fixed.
It was very cheap, there were actually 6 beds which was very nice. Also there was a nice kitchen to use which was shared with all guests.

It had really scary mold in the shower area . No aircon and it was like 28C° . Was quite hard to sleep .
I did like the location . Shop was close and you can use the kitchen. They kind of did speak English so you can manage. Free parking . Was really cheap so that was nice

The apartments don't have a kitchen space where you could prepare a meal. They are supplied with a microwave oven and a coffee machine but these are in the closet near the entrance door. The electric kettle on the other hand was in the bathroom, above the toilet which was really weird.
Location was near to the offices of the company i work for so i could literally walk to work in the morning. Also the entrance to the apartments is on the 'quiet' side of the building so that was definitely nice. I liked the layout of the apartment even though having a ladder inside was rather unusual (was lots of fun though).

Location and bunk beds. Squeaky, too soft matresses. Not comfortable at all.
Cheap price, clean, chose this option for one night. It seemed that nobody else was living in thr building 😃 There is no dishes. Keep that in mind if you want to make some morning coffee. .

Bathroom and shower stall. The sounded like straight from horror movies when you open them or closed and consistently dirty male toilets
Really nice lady working on reception. The other thing that made this stay pleasant was state of beds and room overall.

There was no pots and tools in the kitchen to make breakfast but we were able to make tea.
Good value for money. easy to check in and check out. We arrived late at night, the key was left in locker for self check in. Clean. hot water in showers.

There were no kitchen utensils and cutlery. There were no shelves in the bathroom. There was no window netting.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the inside interior was nice. The administrators were friendly and helpful.
