The location was great, just 25 minutes walk along the river to the Old Town and a short distance to eat at the excellent old power station complex. The staff were helpful and our bicycles were stored securely. The room and beds were comfortable. We would have rated this hotel more if the following details were attended to

I missed the cattle, and it was difficult to regulate air-conditioning. But I'm glad that they have air-conditioning in the room since it was rather hot outside.

The security guy who opened my room with his key and said it was time to leave surprised me a little unpleasantly. It was necessary to leave the next day, by the way. They just messed up a bit

The soundproofing failed directly, as did the entrance to the underground tunnel next to the hotel, from which there is eerie noise. Poor ventilation, the rooms are downright stuffy, despite the fact that there is air conditioning. The windows cannot be opened - there is a park nearby and insects fly in from there, since there are no nets on the windows.

Overall a good hotel for the price. The location is great if you like to hang out, for families with kids and empathetic people with sleep problems the music noise can get in the way. The breakfast is full, not as much choice as in other hotels, but again - not bad for the price. The rooms are clean, there are almost no other smells.

Very nice reception - one even spoke italian! Deluxe room was nice, quiet and with nice comfy beds. Standard breakfast but decent. Location close to the river which is very lively with people and outdoor bards.

Room was not clean. The windows were very dirty. We paid for 2 breakfasts and received one voucher for IT which was later questionned.

Too dirty. Very dirty walls, dusts on the cabinet near the bed. A lot of spiders outside the window and also inside, i was afraid to open the window to air the room, but it was necessary.

Really nice hotel close to the centre of the city and the river. The riverside in summer is fantastic and the hotel is in a very comfortable position. I will highly recommend this hotel to anybody that would like to enjoy Warsaw, expecially during summertime. Incredibly gentle and available staff people.

No kettle in the room and the coffee machine in reception wasn't working for card payments so had to go to breakfast early just to have a coffee. The Aircon didn't really work and is just above the bathroom door so not actually in the main living space.. The water in the shower didn't drain properly so the bathroom had bit of a drainage smell which wasn't too pleasant.

Location was fantastic Breakfast was really good Our room was really big I found the accommodation quite basic, which isn't a negative...it does what it says, we were comfortable and slept well, but preferred to be out and about
